This location is the perfect example of how to do everything WRONG in customer service. This is now my third time placing an order with them and every time the experience just gets worse and worse and this will definitely be my last. All three times I have ordered and paid for extra garlic sauce cups and all three time they have charged me and not delivery the extra sauce. The last two times I have ordered a 2 liter of soda and both time it was not delivery with the driver telling me at my door it was cancelled from my order. Absolutely no attempt from the store to contact me and offer another type of soda or any explanation. Also this time since they removing the 2 two liters from my order it dropped me below the $40 free delivery minimum and they charged me for the delivery. Again no attempt to contact me and offer something else to be added on to the order so I could still meet that requirement. After my complete disappointment from the last two deliveries, I tried to contact the store manager to relay my experiences on both occasions but this location refuses to answer their phone. Both times I waited 5-10 minutes as they repeated just kept putting on the hold music after every time it would ring and didn’t even bother to answer and ask me to hold. So now with no other resort I have wasted more of my night detailing this horrible experience on here in hopes that no other poor souls give them their money. This place is a disgrace to customer service and basic human decency. It’s apparent from their countless recent 1 star reviews that they have no desire to work on any of these terrible business practices and will continue to provide mediocre chain food with horrendous customer service. That’s why I’m giving it like three stars for the food but it’s not what I ordered you can clearly see it’s Philly cheesesteak, I work third shift so places like this to be open is crucial to me and my coworkers because sometimes we need good food hot food. But to receive this for 750 when I can buy a whole medium pizza for 799 is crazy. I think I should get a refund also when going to this establishment at night time, they tell you that you have to pay cash so I ordered online instead because it felt weird to me. They throw a lot of pizzas out. These guys are probably writing off the pizza and taking the cash because they won’t let you use your card and there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to it’s 2023. Last night, we had a problem with a delivery order that we entered on the website, meaning there's no way a person could have misheard the order. I tried calling the store to get the order corrected, but their customer service is extremely hard to reach. We had to eat something else, as we got no help until a day later.
It took about 6 calls over 2 days, and over 1.5 hours on hold, before I finally spoke to someone who could or would fix the problem. Finally, I spoke to a manager who made replacement pizzas for the incorrect order, which I picked up myself. These pizzas were supposed to be Tuesday's dinner, but they ended up as Wednesday's lunch instead.
The corporate customer service doesn't seem responsive either - they didn't call me back as requested.
