Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Chester

I haven’t always had positive experiences with staff or service at Taco Bell/KFC locations, but today I went through the drive-thru with my partner at lunchtime and had a wonderful experience thanks to the young man who took and fulfilled our order. My partner often feels anxious in a drive-thru and avoids them due to the pressure to make quick decisions and the potential impatience from the team member taking the order, but felt none of that today. The young man was extraordinarily kind, calm, helpful, and polite; of course, our order was correct and quick (plenty of napkins and sauces, too) despite him likely being the only one inside the location working on the 4th of July. This place is terrible. Came here twice with my boyfriend. The first time we came, we went in and ordered our food. The floor was wet and sticky, they didn’t give us the correct sized drink, and the place was just a mess. The second time in, my boyfriend greeted the lady at the register “Hello, how are you?” and the lady just looked at us. We ordered our food, my boyfriend ordered 3 combo hard shell tacos, and instead of asking if he wanted to supreme she just puts it down as such, charging us more than what we wanted. We go to find a place to sit down and chairs are scattered around places, pieces of food on the chairs/ booths and tables, not cleaned. When my boyfriend eats his tacos, he says they were stale and soggy. I sure wouldn’t be going back to this Taco Bell and giving them my money again....

I ordered via doordash and completely was dissatisfied. I understand there are things that the doordash people get wrong and some that the restaurant gets wrong. Sadly I had a case of both parties being completely incompetent. I ordered, my first order, and the order came without 2 items plus 8 dorito loco tacos with nacho cheese when I ordered them just normal. Could not call the doordash person and the restaurants voicemail was full nor did anyone answer the phone. I ended up reordering the 2 missing items with the credit from doordash and those came stale and cold when the drive and order maybe took 15 mins max. So honestly this is not fully a doordash issue.
