The person who attends sells the products that come with the Metro promotions in a forced way, it's a very bad experience because, they tell you that they have to make money by selling products forcefully. Otherwise, they can't sell you the phones. The quality of service they offer is low, and they say as an independent owners, they have to make money. These are bad practices because it's not the only Metro PC store that does the same. I called Metro, Metropcs, and they said they would take action at the corporate offices, but I really doubt it because I've seen reviews from everyone who buys at Metro saying the same thing - they try to forcefully sell accessories that don't come with the phone. They sold me a phone that I had to pay for because there was no other option. The phone I wanted wasn't available in another store, otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it. They charged me an extra $100 for two accessories, one of which was a screen protection liquid that I didn't need because my phone is new and already has Gorilla Glass, but they still applied it forcefully. They also sold me a charger for almost $40 that I didn't need. It was all forced, the person attending me said several times, "I have to make money, or I can't sell you the phone." And when I asked for one of the free promotion phones that Metro offers, they tried to sell it to me. In total, I was going to buy a $49.99 promotional offer phone and get oneof the free phones, but they were charging me $260 for everything. When I called Metro, they just said they would look into the matter, send the report to corporate offices, but honestly, I don't think anything will come out of it. I hope that if you're reading this review, please do not buy from that store. Don't let them manipulate you, go to another store where they treat you well and don't force you to buy something you don't want, don't need, and are not willing to pay for. If the product is free, they shouldn't charge you for it, and if it's a promotion, they should honor it. I don't understand how T-Mobile allows these independent owners to set their own rules and not follow the rules of such a big company.
This is a follow up on the review and as I said neither T-Mobile or the store owner took disciplinary action on the complaint, there was replay from someone saying that we should talk about it and that he was the store owner, but he never answer back my emails, it's just to make it look like he or she cares, but in the reality nobody cares how they conduct business in that store. Also I noticed the store has some new 5 stars reviews, those are made up reviews it's easy to identify that to get a better google rating. But even doing that the store still can't get not even close...

It is only because of the OUTSTANDING service that she has provided that I have rode out the troubles and remained with your company as my cell phone service provider. Recently a charge from your company appeared on my credit card and was not showing in your ledger. That is disconcerting. Brittaney is working to resolve this issue. The store manager did the ported process without bringing our attention that this process may take from 1min to 24hrs. Any way we end up without calls net and texting for 24hrs and when we have a called the customer service they didn’t fix the issue and they were more worse. it been 20 days and I still not have the service working 😩 every time we made a call they went with different kinds of solutions that no one of them works. I really felt bad leaving T-Mobile, I just want get this issue fix to really reconsider metro pcs.
