Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I don't normally stop in to Baskin-Robbins or Dunkin Donut as I am not a regular coffee drinker but this morning I wanted some of those. So glad I stopped in at this location at 3347 West North Avenue. The young lady who took my order at the register was Maria P.. There was quite a long line when I entered. she was handling each and every one of them with the same courteous and sincere greetings and service. quickly and efficiently.

Anaesia. Was the next person to assist me making my order. Just like her colleague she I was able to find the time to speak to the people picking up their mobile orders and the in -restaurant orders. I was impressed no one looked frantic they just moved with a purpose. it was a very well-oiled machine .

She was great at customer service. When an older gentleman grabbed the wrong order by accident she quickly noticed and politely called out to him to make sure he got the right food and and nobody else was waiting for their order. That was while she was making my order it was great!! I wish more servers/ cashiers in general customer service showed up and did their job like. Thanks Again. ...

Refused service by a heavy set young black gentleman reason given.."Were closed" followed by "we're closing in 2 minutes" . I'm thinking to myself um your doors open I see costumer getting served on the DD side . I then say "c'mon man your not supposed to do that " to which I get no response ignored. Get to my car and see its 9:40! Look I get it I've worked in customer service for 15 years associate to supervisor to Asm . even at the start of me working in that field I knew the importance of providing good customer service. Sorry if I'm sounding like a wacko doo but when my ice cream vice is being impeded by someone who's too dam lazy to wash out an ice cream scooper after taking care of a costumer well let's just say lazy guy You brought it...

I stop by this location 3-4 times per week. They are sometimes busy early mornings during the week but the staff is very focus and does what they can to get us in an out. Place is clean ,its not a huge space but has tables to sit and even have a quick meeting if need to. They do have signs that say 30 minute limit and it looks like some people really abuse this. Parking can be a bit of a problem if visiting the plaza during its evening hrs.little ceasers pizza is next door and that place is always busy and they take up most of the...
