This may start out as a poor review but it turns out the customer service at this location is amazing. I ordered from the store and when it was delivered an item was missing. I made the driver aware of this and he said he would be back with the item within five minutes. 20 minutes passed and no driver so I called the store and instead of just telling me a line about how the driver was on his way. She put me on hold and called the driver and admitted that the driver had forgotten and was coming back right now. She went on to apologize and offered me what I remember as being a free 2 liter on my next order. Come to the present and I placed another order and then called the store to tell them i wanted the free 2 liter promised. The young lady said that she was the one that had spoken to me over 2 weeks earlier and said she actually had given me a larger credit. I was impressed with the integrity and the memory of the person I dealt with. I have a feeling that it was easy to remember me because of how few mistakes this kind attention garners but I was still impressed...

I just ordered my food online and about 30 mins later, I get a call from someone speaking super fast and I didn't know what he said, so I hung up because I honestly had no idea that was the driver, I thought someone had the wrong number. So he called right back. Again, he was talking really fast but I made out the word "delivery" so I said OK and went outside, I saw no one. I went back inside and waited because I assumed he was still on the way. 20 mins go past so I call the store. I spoke to a very indignant man-child, he sounded like he was just so not caring about our conversation and it pissed me off! Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!!! On 9/22 I placed order 61028 online at 9:52pm and the order was scheduled to arrive at 10:17pm. After contacting the store several times my order arrived AFTER 11pm! Needless to say, the order was cold and did not appear to have come directly from the store that is 10 minutes away from my residence. During one of my attempts to cancel my order I was told by the supervisor Luis there is no way to reverse the charge on my credit card. He told me there would be a credit for that amount added to my account. I attempted to place a order tonight 10/8 and was denied my credit by the SAME supervisor Luis. The delivery driver remembered the previous order blaming in on a "system error." The driver was instructed to return to the store without delivering my pizza.
