The last time I ordered a pizza it was estimated at 1 1/2 hours for arrival. A little long, but my stepdaughter and I were craving pizza so I was willing to wait. In the end, it took nearly 3 hours to arrive, putting my stepdaughter far past her bedtime and the pizza was not the freshest or that warm. When I called after 1 1/2 hours, they informed me they only had one delivery driver, so it was taking longer than expected, but should arrive in the next 30 minutes. After about 2 1/2 hours I called again and I was told it would be arriving soon. Unfortunately, they did not seem very apologetic or willing to make things right by giving a discount or offering a discount on a future purchase. The delivery driver was actually very kind, representing positive customer service. I felt bad he was by himself, so I made sure to tip him appropriately. Today I ordered a pizza online, but it didn’t give me an estimated arrival time, so I called the store to inquire and ensure I would not have to wait 3 hours. The estimated delivery was over 2 hours (I believe he said 2 hours and 25 minutes to be exact), because once again they only had one delivery driver. I requested to cancel my order and as I was asking an additional question, the gentleman hung up on me. I am very disappointed with the service here and hope for other customers and the staff, they hire more people to adequately manage the number of orders...
Read moreI ordered an 8 piece hot wing a week or so ago, and a pizza. Over 2 hours later my food shows up. Wrong wings, cold pizza, and the delivery driver(Adrian) tried to claim he didn't have change and that he would go to the gas station to get it. I agreed and he did. I called to complain about the wings. The lady said she would give me 25 dollar store credit. That all I had to do was call with my phone number. I called a couple days later and the lady said my number was not in the system for store credit. And to call back in 2 hours when that lady was back. When I called the lady still wasnt back and she argued with me and said she couldn't help me and finally the lady showed up, and said she didn't say 25 she said 15. Which was less than what I paid. Finally just sent my same order.
Last night someone orders me Dominos and happened to be from the same store. This time 3 hours. My wings were dry. Like over cooked and barely any sauce. I call and Adrian picks up. I tell him the problem and that I can show him the wings when he gets here. He says no need, they'll remake them and get them to me in an hour. Never shows up. I call, and they're closed.
Today I called to tell whoever what happened. And she wants to tell me she'll fix it, but I still have to pay the delivery fee. I was like, "No. It's not my fault the wings were messed up." She then gets super rude with me and says she'll see...
Read moreOrdered delivery, hldruver forgot my 2 liter of coke, no problem went back to store to get me one. He also forgot the plates, napkins and peppers I requested. No problem, bring back when you return. I just moved into the home so no napkins. No plates unpacked etc. Upon looking at the pizza and mac N cheese I noticed it's burnt. Both the pizza and mac n cheese. Call the store. They tell me to save the pizza and give to the driver when he returns. I do. I asked to see the new pizza before I hand him my old one. (I didn't touch the burnt pizza) I wanted to check to make sure the old pizza was made correctly. Guess what, sure as hell wasn't. It was undercooked and didn't have the extra sauce I ordered. I told him to keep the new pizza. Take the old one back as well. Injust wanted my money back. He then demanded that I pay for the new pizza as well. I laughed at him and let him know i would be contacting corp. Worst delivery I've ever had from Domino's. I guess what they say about Domino's is true. They really have fallen off. I took pictures and my ring camera caught everything as well. That is going on YouTube asap. I want my money back. Hands down. Worst Domino's I've ever had.
