Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Literally a horrible experience. I rarely give reviews and when I do it is genuinely bad. I can handle a few mishaps because I know we are all human and can make mistakes. I always ask for a medium iced coffee with cream and "1 pump of vanilla",. They messed my order up too many times to deserve forgiveness. They always gave me more than what I expected and it will ALWAYS be too sweet. I understand there are rush hours during the morning but COME ON!!!!!, It is literally just a regular coffee with cream and 1 pump of vanilla instead of 3. It is so simple even a 5 years old can make it. I would totally give this place a negative star/ no star if I can. If any of y'all want coffee, just order it from the Starbucks further down UIC along Halsted. They have the best service there, employees are nice, and rarely mess up your order. For comparison, Last time I ordered a cappuccino there (Starbucks) and they gave me a medium instead of the large I Ordered. To compensate for the mistake they gave me a med for free, a large for replacement, and also a free 4...

They get every single thing wrong. I rather walk a mile to another location then this one. As many others have mentioned they put wayyy to much cream and sugar. So I asked for no cream or sugar and toasted almond. What do they do? Put a whole bunch of cream and no toasted almond. I took it anyways whatever I was in a hurry. I order a grilled cheese and 20 minutes later I get none. But I don’t like causing a fuss so once everyone left I ask the young lady if she had an order of grilled cheese. She asked her associate and they said no so I assumed they would start working on it. Nope. Ten minutes of watching new people receive their sandwiches and when I finally receive mine they laugh with each other.

Do not come here.. there’s another location on Roosevelt that is 100 percent...

Usually pretty fast, which is honestly miraculous considering how long these lines can be

ignore that other tard in the reviews section who was saying the workers dont speak english, I've been here so many times and the employees definitely speak english and havent gotten my order wrong out of the dozens of times i've been here. If you think they don't speak english here, walk down to subway and you'll find out what that's really like.

My only real complaint is that sometimes they dont put enough sugar in my coffee but other than that this is probably one of the better dunkin locations ive been to
