BE PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA FOR MORE TOPPINGS, GET NOTHING AND BE CALLED A LIAR. Really disappointed with this staff and the manager at this restaurant. We order food from them all the time. So much that it only takes 2 clicks for me to reorder my usual which are the bulgogi fries. Recently I order kimchi bulgogi fries with extra fries and extra beef. When I got home, the container was exactly the same as the regular bulgogi fries, nothing extra (too bad I paid $6 more) and no sauce on the fries. I called the next day (restaurant was closing when I picked up originally) and spoke to the manager, who promised to remake my order. Well, imagine getting into your car, willing to drive 20 minutes and you get a call from the same manager who "watched the security cameras and could see they put extra fries and meat in the container".. what? The same container that the fries always come in, the regular order container? The fries looked exactly the same as a regular order except this time they had no sauce. It's really shameful for a business to investigate a recurring customer like a liar.. over fries that were made incorrectly. To promise a remake order, then call back 30 minutes later to say you changed your mind. Kind of ridiculous for fries that probably cost $4 to make and 5 minutes to prepare every time I've ordered them in the past. It's really not classy to lose a customer over a kitchen error. Picture of the sauce less fries that I had to air fry to make...
Read moreen hakkore 2.0 is a fast casual spot for poke bowls, sushi burritos, and fusion tacos & fries. TLDR; prices seemed a little on the higher side, but worth it given the quality and portion size.
indoor seating and order at the counter. variety of menu items with vegetarian options. food came out in less than 10 minutes.
// spicy tuna poke bowl ($15.00) // i got the poke bowl with black rice. comes with a variety of vegetables and toppings (crunchy onion, spicy mayo sauce, edamame, etc). comes with pureed sweet potato which ive never seen, as well as pureed guacamole/avocado. portion of tuna was pretty good (wasn't really spicy though) and overall the bowl portion was pretty big and definitely worth the money. tasted very good too and feels pretty healthy.
my brother and his friends got the sushi burritos. they said they enjoyed it but it is a bit hard to eat since the outside layer is rice and kind of falls apart. maybe an exterior layer of seaweed would keep the burrito wrapped tighter. bowls are also much bigger portion and a better deal in my opinion.
overall, met our expectations and i...
Read moreSo we came in there at 8:20 and they said they were now only doing take out since they were too close to close at 9pm. I was think that seems pretty far off but whatever I’ll just eat it at the park. As I was ordering the women was rather rude to me and my friend. She also told the people behind us that they were closing and would have to do take out only. I ordered and they the people behind us went order and she like sorry I can’t take your take out order at 8:27 because we close at 9p. After they waited 5min.
We got our food and specifically asked if there was utensils so I can eat it in the park and she said yea and I ask are you sure and she said yes. Well when I got to the park there were no utensils and by the time we would walk back to the restaurant to get utensils the restaurant would be closed. I was very upset by the service that the cashier was giving both myself my friend and the group of customers behind us. To be honest if the cashier was in a bad mood then staffing should replace her with someone who would give appropriate customer service with...
