Our attempt to dine at Hana Sushi and Thai Restaurant was met with a frustrating encounter. Despite calling ahead to confirm their dine-in availability, upon arrival, we were met with indifference at the register. The individual present seemed dismissive and responded with sarcasm when we inquired about their open status. The comment, 'Well, I don't have a waitress,' delivered with a dismissive tone, left us feeling unwelcome and unattended to.

As customers, we value respectful and welcoming service, especially when taking the time to ensure availability beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the standard hospitality expected when visiting a restaurant.

literally so good. This place is a like a hidden gem. the portions are hugeee for such an affordable price which was only around 10 dollars. It’s literally enough to feed 4 people imo. please ignore the other poor reviews over a year ago. Since 3-4 months ago the place is under new management and the new owners are so kind and giving. They literally give you free drinks with your order too. Literally the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The kimchi beef fried rice is soo good(oh yeah did I mention that they have some Korean food options too as well?) just give them a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I got Carry out. The kid checking me out dropped the box on the counter. I thought nothing of it, no big deal. The box felt very light. I got home and opened the box. The pieces were very thin and the the tobiko sashimi had broken and was all over the place. I called and I spoke to the owner who started making excuses about this that and the other thing.
