Beautiful church and very nice congregation. It’s a small community parish with many multigenerational families. I love the priests and find the sermons helpful and inspiring. I hopped around a bit at other Catholic Churches in Chicago when I moved here before finding Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii. I was struggling to find sermons that I can really take with me into my week at the other parishes I tried. I feel at home here and really appreciate the familial vibe here. Usually easy to find street parking. The church is gorgeous and I can’t wait for the renovations to be complete—I think it will feel like a little jewel box when it’s complete.
