On my Debut visit recently,I ordered their Buttermilk Pancakes and a "Sunny Day" juice that they make themselves according to the Iffy female waitress I had.She said it was "Orange,Cranberry,& Grapefruit" juices combined.I got the small size instead of the large one.It was decent enough.A random and Iffy female employee that was bringing my pancakes to me Stopped in the middle of the floor on purpose using other customers that just came in the door as her excuse for doing so,Stood there for a minute or two instead of going around them to bring me my food immediately. She could've easily did this because the space in this restaurant is most definitely big enough for her to do so.I have NEVER seen anything like this before customer service wise in a restaurant.Their Pancakes taste just like the Pancakes they have at "Golden Nugget Pancake House" flavor and recipe wise. The only difference I actually see is the fact that portion wise the Pancakes here are maybe a little bit bigger for the three stack of them they offer you.I guess if you must CLONE another restaurant make sure it's one that I like.At least they had sense enough to serve them to me freshly hot.The Pancakes they gave me was so freshly hot,I saw the steam or smoke of them going in the air like a chimney. That's what I am talking about. On my subsequent visit today,I ordered their B.Y.O. (Build Your Own) Omelette. My ingredients were spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and turkey sausage. That came with some "House Potatoes" that was also NOT good too unfortunately.Almost HALF of my food I ordered on my subsequent visit I didn't eat.The male waiter I had asked me if I wanted to take the rest of the food I still had on my plate home and I said NO.I chose their mini waffles to go with this, but they wasn't brought to me freshly hot at all very shockingly.A random but Iffy female employee brought me my mini waffles, but on purpose she Stopped in the middle of the floor to talk to another random male employee, making me wait almost two minutes or more to finally deliver my mini waffles.Once again,I have NEVER seen anything like this before customer service wise in a restaurant. That's multiple random and Iffy female employees more concerned about other customers and employees now instead of giving me the genuinely good at least customer service all customers truly deserve.I told my Iffy male waiter I had today that they wasn't hot and they took them back.No more than five minutes later, another random employee (another Iffy female employee) more than likely brought me the exact same mini waffles they gave me the first time. The only difference I felt was a slight warmth on these mini waffles this time,NOT some fresh and freshly hot mini waffles that they actually should've brought to me in the first place to begin with. However, the mini waffles was the best thing I ate today taste wise but only by default though.I also ordered their "Red Grape" juice today and it was fair enough.Another Iffy female employee on purpose seated a couple that is my racial demographic with a very disruptive baby right next to me table seating wise. After being tortured by this baby for about 10 minutes or more,I asked my waiter if I can get another table.Extremely Shockingly after he asked the female cashier what she thought about that,I got lucky enough to get seated at another table that was more than a social distance length fortunately.I couldn't get up fast enough from that first table I chose myself. The vibe I felt overall today on my subsequent visit socially was NOT the vibe I at least thought I sensed from my debut visit immediately after I came in the door waiting to be seated for a table of one.I think I felt seen or acknowledged at least on my Debut visit with a decent or fair greeting. On today's subsequent visit,I was so invisible I had no choice but to pick my own table waiting to be seated respectfully. There wasn't even a sense of a warm or welcoming greeting today. Was the acknowledgement I saw on my debut visit a Mirage??? TOO Many...
Read moreI don’t do bad review, but I will let my peoples know when I run into a problem with a place.
Problem 1: Why do they charge for sugar free syrup??? I asked the question what would you say to a diabetic to the manager. He stated they would have to pay, because it cost more to buy sugar-free syrup. I’ve been eating with sugar-free syrup for over 28 years and I know it costs about the same. His answer made the couple next to me get up and leave when they heard. The gentleman said he was a diabetic and he shouldn’t have to pay extra for sugar free syrup. I agree. Had I known before I ordered,I would’ve never order. Mind you, I have eaten here before. So this is new. I don’t eat regular syrup. The manager did tell the young lady to give me the sugar free syrup without a charge . Problem 2: They left the Asparagus out of my vegetable skillet. Something that comes in that dish, not something that I added. I tell the waitress, then she brings me a small cup of asparagus end. If you’re asparagus eater, you know closer to the bottom they’re a little bit bitter. Not one piece of the top part was in the cup, as if they just cut bottom off did a lite sauté and sent it to me. When I said something to the manager, he says it’s honest mistake. He offered an apology and say they will be mindful for the next time. I said that’s unacceptable and then he said I have to call the owner to see if I can discount your ticket. They took off $4.00. I smiled politely, pay my bill, tipped my waitress cash and left. This is was my fourth time there and last. But not my...
