La Katrina Auténtica — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Edit: Super unprofessional replies from management, claiming I am not posting from a real account which seems a little petty of them. This is simply my opinion and experience I want to share with others so they don't make the same mistake. I never claimed that asking for no toppings meant that the price would change, I simply mentioned that they could not follow directions when I asked for no onions. I would like to reiterate, the salsa was not included in one the orders as well. Do yourself a favor and find a better taco place, as there much better ones in Chicago for a decent price. I would also like to note, that if a restaurant receives a bad review, they usually try to make it right instead of talking down on the person. It seems that this place wants to be perceived as unprofessional.

It is $13 for 3 tacos which is actually so insanely expensive considering I asked for no onions on 3 out of 6 of them and they did not listen. The salsa they gave was not very good either and they were left out with one of the orders. Save your money and go somewhere else. The steak was old too. I am not gonna see this business be trashed out here because their "Food is smelly". I've tried this food many times and It has never been smelly. This is cultural food that people eat on a regular basis. Time and time again people have used "smelly" to refer to cultural food with seasoning. Sorry if you just like salt and pepper on your food but not me. The seasoning is the defining factors of this establishment. If your little delicate pallets cant handle alittle bit of spice then please enjoy tacos else where. The food is not smelly. Placed and order online and wanted to call the store to ask a question about my order and some hung up the phone on my 3 times in a row and when I continue to call no one picked up. First time ordering from this place and never again at this point I don’t even want the food anymore just because the customer service is so trash I don’t trust the food.
