Came with my nephews and brother after their flag football game nearby. Really great quality, selection and prices. I got the impossible burger with hand cut fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and there was a nice spicy kick to the secret sauce they use. The bun was also nice and thick plus fluffy. The fries were very hot and fresh, salted just right. My nephews loved their hot dog and cheeseburger, and also said the fries were good. My brother got the portabella sandwich and it is phenomenal! I wish I ordered it, it was crunchy fried goodness 😋 yay for being plant based/vegan friendly! The serving sizes are good, none of us finished our meal so we took it home. Inside is cozy, it was crowded but we got a table. They make use of the space well with counters running the length of the restaurant. They also have seating outside. So glad I got to try this place, highly recommended for burgers and I hope they open a location in the south loop!

So I tried this place out cause the place I wanted to go to is temporarily closed and they were not to far from the other place. I was going to go with the big burger till my daughter said they look dry 😂. So I decided to try the mini burger instead, and they did not disappoint at all. They were not dry and the sauce is just a little spicy but differently gave it a kick. My other daughter was like we can go back and get another burger an hour later 😂. The onion rings were fresh and crispy. The place is small inside and they are pretty fast in getting you in and out and I don’t know if you can call in orders cause I just went , but if you could I would call in and just pick up due to parking. Overall I would be going back and I do recommend this place. My next try would be turkey burger ,fries, and strawberry shake!

Three stars even though it's actually really good and decently priced. Shakes are excellent! Loosing points over 🍍 Twice now I've paid an extra $0.99 for grilled pineapple and I get one paltry ring of obviously canned pineapple that in comparison to both the chicken and bun is not adequate in size at all for the price. You can buy a can of pineapple with 10 rings in it for $3 at the grocery store downtown the street (surely even less wholesale) and you're charging 1/3 of the whole price for 1 ring? This could have been a separate conversation if it was fresh pineapple but by both taste and color that was not fresh by any means. The bread is more yellow than the pineapple (see photo attached). Unfortunately I will have to get my pineapple fix elsewhere. I didn't know I was this passionate about pineapple until now.

I've been here twice, & so far so good. I really like the turkey burger. The regular burgers are just as good though. I gotta say it would be nice if they made a stuffed burger without the bacon for customers who don't eat pork, but overall the food is good. The fries were soggy though. I enjoyed the onion rings. I like how they have mini burgers. I ordered for pick up so I don't know what it's like dining in. Their busy sauce is really savory, and the ingredients were fresh both times. I'm giving this rating 3 stars instead of 5 stars because customer service plays a part in my reviews, & there customer service lacked big time on my second visit. I don't like being starred down with a dirty look when I walk into a food joint to pick up my food. I'm a paying customer, not a criminal. I don't care what the guy thought about me, or anyone at that, but this guy literally starred me down with a dirty look from the moment I walked in, so I look the other way to see if the guy was looking the other way, but rest assured he was starring at me with that same dirty look when I looked back at him & then he eventually looked away after I starred him back down. You have a job to do & it involves kind & pleasant interaction with people who visit your food joint so...

I didn't come to Chicago for burgers, but after a long day you settle for food the kids will eat. Busy Burger is good food, even if you have to deal with Chicago prices.

I had the standard Busy Burger with an order of fries. It was a well made burger with the standard toppings. Their special sauce is quite good, but it could stand to be spread more liberally to the edge of the bun so every bite can enjoy the spice. The fries seemed to be freshly made. They remind me of Five Guys but lacking something.

My wife got the Tofu Burger and onion rings. She loved the burger. I tried the rings. They were overall well made, cooked enough that the onions actually come apart when bitten into rather than sliding out of the breading. I didn't love the flavor of the breading, but she did. There's a lack of rings given per order, especially when compared to the generous amount of fries. They should also offer special sauce for the rings.

One of my kids got the pizza puff. No one sells pizza puffs back home, so none of us knew what to expect. She ended up dipping it in ketchup, which suggests to me sauce should be offered or there should be a little more inside the puff.

It was overall very good. If given the opportunity, we...

Busy burger is a trendy-looking burger restaurant on the UIC campus...And that's about it. After eating here I was only just satisfied, nothing more. I ordered a burger and a chocolate milkshake. The burger had a regular sized patty, but it was inconsistent in it's thickness (some bites were larger than others) I'm not sure if this was just my burger or not. The patty tasted similar to a burger from Buffalo Wild Wings, (it tasted good, but not fantastic). The bun jowever was absolutely fantastic, one of my favorite burger buns ever: slightly crispy on the bottom and big enough to cover the patty (some buns slide off or disappear while eating the burger...It's hard to explain but I'm sure you know what I mean; this bun did not do that). The chocolate shake was far too thick and took a while to drink. It also tasted like chocolate ice cream (not very milky, quite rich) It was as if the milkshake was just ice cream scooped into a cup. It tasted similar to a chocolate shake from Shake Dhack, which I also don't care for (too rich for me, I prefer a more milky shake (like Culver's)). Overall the burger was decent and the shake was rich and...
