McDonald's — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I had almost forgotten about my experience and how I think I was intentionally POISONED. I arrive on Monday, April 22 at 605 am and left at 610 am. I drink McDonald's coffee so much I buy it at least 1-4 times a week. I also purchase K-cups and drink it 7 to 6 days a week. So Monday morning, greeted by male gentlemen at drive thru. I declined to use my mobile app because we are chasing the bus. I normally purchase my coffee when I'm dropping my wife off for work. Currently, I live in Logan Square. The young black petite. lady was vocalless and never spoke. We paid at the window. As we are pulling up to the window, the young girl is coming from the back of the store with the cup for the coffee. At which point from the kiosk to the window to the second window. My wife says the coffee should have been done. We are the only customers, so why is she coming from the back. As she comes to the front with a seemly empty comes to the front up behind her in her uniform, glaring at the young, pretty black girl. So then the girl pours coffee in my cup from 2 or 3 different coffee pots. Stirring my cup like she was trying to blend something in. I was sick for 8 days. Monday after drinking coffee was throwing up all day from about 7:30am Monday until Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't eat or drink anything on my stomach. Upon pouring the coffee out after trying to add more cream n sugar. I kept getting sick to my stomach. After pouring the coffee out there was chunks of black solid stuff not coffee in my cup. I don't know if it was spit, soap, or grease in my cup. At which point started me hurling. I will never come to this McDonald's again. If they don't like me please don't spike people food. I got the message. I know this because my wife bought stuff an never got sick. Please check camera or ask older short black woman working with her. Do not let this person keep spiking people food and making them sick. Again I was at store 4/22 at 6:04-6:10am. I love McDonald's and have been eating at it for years. I have NEVER gotten this sick from eating at McDonald's. So I had to be POISONED . Check camera...

This is the most unprofessional rude McDonald's. Drive-through lanes are always extremely long and they make you wait forever if you go in the morning sometimes they actually have you waiting on coffee because they can't seem to have enough brewed. Been living in this area of 5 years and they regularly lose orders and refuse to fill them even when they have been removed from your app if you use deals Canna even show them a receipt they will deny they ever got it, and then just ignore you. If it was possible I would have give them no stars but I had to put something just to get the comment Box open. Today they lost my order and we're extremely rude to my husband and made him very emotional to the point of tears and then they laughed thought it was very funny not knowing that our landlord is a slumlord and hasn't given us heat in the pipe busted we have no water and no way to prepare food at home and this is how they treated him there and all he was trying to do was bring me a hot meal. The managers their disgust me. They have no empathy and know nothing about treating human beings with any type of decency I'm wondering how there's so many bad eggs at one store I can only figure it started with one bad one and they hired all their nasty rude friends. And I wish I was exaggerating...

Kai Thomas, Awesome young woman has much potential. She remains professional under pressure and she's well spoken. She's the ONLY REASON I gave two stars. I placed an online order; Not knowing the menu service was switching for breakfast. When I arrive to the location, I go to the window. I see a female employee, she sees me walks off. I circle the drive thru a few times, pulling to the windows each time. Each time an employee saw me, but didn't see me. After Miss Thomas was the only person to speak with me. I expressed my grievances with Miss Thomas about the employees ignoring me. she explained the kitchen was down, and was as helpful as she could be with getting a refund. She left intermittently the female employee i initially saw, was telling others they don't have to talk to me; making jokes and eventually attempted to argue with me. Very disparaging interaction with someone who works with people's food.Luckily the order timed out and I was able to get a refund. Went to burger King; where they serve breakfast and lunch.

If she wasn't underprivileged middle aged McDonald's patty flipper, id take my issues to corporate and give time date and description of the employee. But I "KNOW" she has children and probably...
