Paula & Monica's Pizzeria — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Appalling customer service. I placed an order around 6:50, finally contacted them around 8:30... the guy on the phone was rudely dismissive, said he had to talk to his manager about it, and actually hung up on me without a word. I called back, he answered as though nothing had happened, then explained that they simply never got my order (Although I was certainly charged) and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. Too many other pizza places around to ever even consider giving this place...

Very nice people..the pizza was great. You walk in and are professionally greated by people who stand by there product. It's sort of like being at home..or your home restaurant where you would shop regularly. They have movies playing on the television most likely to help you to forget about the crappie things of life and enjoy what you are eating. New to the area. Walked by one day and thre place was hoping. First experience here I ordered the veggie thin crust. All the ingredients were fresh, perfect amounts of sauce and cheese. The owner is super nice too. Cares about his product and takes pride in his food. He may be from Ecuador, but he cooks like he's from Italy! We definitely found our go to local pizza shop.
