I am actually very disappointed with Deltronics First of all, the secretary (nikki)the one who answers the phone, is extremely rude on the phone and even worse in person Maybe she needs more training on how to treat a client and answer the questions with respect and not with an attitude like she doesn't like her job. A better business starts with the person who represents at the beginning of when you introduce yourself and find out if this is the right place to get your stuff fixed---not with the attitude this person gives you like you're asking for a favor! Unfortunately I'm not gonna recommend more business here for the only one person they treated me like garbage Secondly, they never called me to let me know that my unit was ready for pickup I called to check on the status after nearly 2 months and they told me it had been ready for quite some time this wouldn't be so bad except that after 30days this poor excuse for a business, charges a storage fee! Unbelievable!!! They charged me more than I was quoted, they have terrible customer service and I only hope that they hold true to their 90day warranty! I am making a complaint with the attorney general and consumer services this is a terrible way to...
Read moreI brought in a used record player that I bought off eBay for maintenance and repair. Because it’s my first record player, I entrusted it to Deltronics based on friend’s recommendation. At first they said 4–6 weeks. Two weeks after I brought it in, they called to tell me in detail what needed to be fixed and I gave the go-ahead. At this point, all was good.
Almost a months later, I had not heard back from them and so I emailed for an update, and they said they were waiting on parts and it’s now going to take 6–8 weeks. Fine, I said I would wait. A month later, I emailed again and they apologized because they were busy moving but my player was being repaired and “hopefully it’ll be done in a few weeks”. I understand that logistics is challenging because of the pandemic, and moving and setting up at a new location can be a lot, so I was willing to accommodate that.
Well guess what? One month after they moved I’m still waiting. It’s been more than 3 months, going on 4 now, and it’s still not done. It’s a joke at this point. I’m ready to pick up my player and get it fixed somewhere else.
I rarely write reviews but I feel like people need to know what they’re potentially getting...
Read moreThey are Fender Authorized repair shop I needed tubes for my Sound City Master Lead 50 amp so i called Guitar Center and asked where they take amps for warranty service work and they gave me Deltronics info When i took my amp in I was impressed by the service I received I felt like the techs were so tired of fixing solid state amps, that they were falling over themselves to be the tech to work on a real tube amp They really made me feel special The tech asked me what music i played through the amp and when i told him i play bass and guitar and ukulele through it, he took note and put tubes in and adjusted the bias THE FLIPPING AMP SOUNDS BETTER THAN BRAND NEW Even the owner of Sound City Amps, Steven Michael Fryette (owner of Fryette Amplification too) commented on how tight my amp sounds now Great...
