Michael is very straight forward no BS best you can get at electronics repair. I had issues with right on my receiver between all three channels along with my light bulbs in front were going dim. Not only did he find the sound issue within three days, he gave me a great quote on getting the lights fixed. He put an LED mod upgrade in the front panel making my receiver look beautiful. I contacted him to try to have him fix my alpha juno synth, all I got is an email back saying "I can't help you, maybe your battery is dead" I then replied specifying that I didn't need a diagnosis over emailt but for him to actually fix the synth and even asked if he couldn't do it or if he was was too busy or if he could refer me to someone else, a few days passed by still no response, that's bad customer service...
