Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I went I today I was undecided but I had a gift card so asked some questions about the sandwiches the meatball sub now I'm not a fan of subway there's never enough meat on my sandwich anyhow I asked how many meatballs do you get the cashier or hostess said 8 I was pleased she then said which bread I said what are the selections they were not visible she was annoyed and just pointed to them as I told her my add ins she made sighs and deep breaths and was very annoyed when she gave me a total I noticed I still had money left on my card which was only ten dollers so I added cookies and chips as I walked over to get the chips she left my food the register and told the make employee something in a different language he finished my purchase I told him she was rude and I would never be back he seemed untouched and didnt the service was poor and very rude SO MAYBE ALL SUBWAYS ARE THE SAME SO ILL KEEP MY MONEY OUT...

Was my go to but after today I highly doubt it. My daughter ordered a 6inch. Comes to the car and says 13 for a 6inch is crazy. I look and it was a footlong. She goes back and the guy is arguing with her. So I get out and walk in to him yelling at her and rolling his eyes. As a mother I clearly went off. As he tried to be little me I told him her not speaking loudly and you on your phone and no English I would understand but you don't sit here and argue. She literally walked out & back in. Take one half and refund the $ but no you want to argue with her a teenager and then with me an adult. Until he got insulted and told that the way he was acting said alot he then decide to provide a refund. Said nothing and stopped rolling his eyes. Common now you don't get paid enough for all that to 🙄😒 & then I gave him back half the sandwich I was looking for...

I ordered a wrap (via DoorDash) from this subway last night, and when I bit into it there appeared to be blood on the chicken. I have never been so mortified in my life as I was when I saw that! I went back to confront the person that made my wrap, and after examining his hands I could see no visible cuts (albeit difficult to see since there was a bullet proof glass between us). But I will never come back to this establishment again! I don’t know whether or not the blood was from the chicken (it’s process so I doubt that), or somebody cut themselves and didn’t notice. Regardless, I’m going to be worrying about a multitude of things for the next few months; HIV, hepatitis (A, B, C etc). All because of this incident. My advice for everyone: skip this place.
