01/07/24 Idk why I keep coming here hoping for a better food experience... And it's not like I come here very often either because how expensive it is. But I think I'm officially done coming to this location. Why? Because it's a very rare occasion that I order drive thru and actually leave with my entire order made correctly. Freddy's has clearly not changed much to improve their quality service skills between today and my last review from 2021. In fact, it's gotten worse and y'all are way to expensive for the food quality we're receiving.. aside from 2021, the last couple times I been here my order is always wrong. Last time I was missing my sides, the time before was how small the portions were compared to how it should be, this time my there were condiments on my sandwich that I specifically asked to not have and the Dr pepper was so the drink tasted gross. So yea, after many chances to change my mind on this place, I'm officially done coming to this location. 2021 Anytime I go to Freddy's it's usually always A1 aside from the wait times in drive thru. But the last time I was here a couple days ago my girlfriend and I were very disappointed with the food quality. The DT wait times were long as usual but the fries were so incredibly salty it was barely edible and that's even if you could stand it... Dont get me wrong, I'm all for putting some salt or seasoning on m fries but y'all needa seriously chill out with the salt. My fries from Freddy's were so incredibly salted it was like I was eating a straight up salt cube. Even trying to mask the fries with ketchup couldn't help cover up the amount of salt that was on them. Absolutely disgusting. Then to top it off I found someone's hair in my burger.. Like I'm not gonna say I wont ever eat there again cuz I have had way better experiences there in the past. Read moreI've previously worked in fast food for 5+ years and usually don't do reviews like this but I was very dissatisfied with the service on today. I visited this location earlier in the week and had a decent experience... today not so much. The young lady in the window was "nice" and "accommodating" at first as she allowed me to add on a lrg fry at the window. Well upon adding that large fry and giving me the updated total, I learned she was about to charge me $30+ for an order that wasn't mine. ( I ordered a single combo meal @12.09) Mistakes happen, I get it. Before receiving my food I asked for 'fry seasoning' , a single request. So I sat at the window with the hope that someone would assist me. She and another co-worker walked passed, and even stood at the window several times without acknowledging me. I've worked in fast food before. There's a drive time, you'll know if a car is still at the window. Other than that, I'm sure their eyes work just fine to notice me still there. So after about 4 minutes, the same young lady came to the window with an annoyed expression. I politely asked for the fry seasoning and I tell no lies when I say she rolled her eyes, practically slammed the seasoning in my hand and said something under her breath.
