I will start with, I will never spend another penny at this place. Also I would like to add, this is the first negative review I have ever made. I have eaten here about 5 times before. Each time I have driven about 40mins each way to make it happen. I’ve never had anything bad happen until now. But, this experience was just rude and disrespectful. This last time I ordered about $40 worth of food. A couple philly combos, 2 kids combos and a side of 5 hot wings. Well after I ordered and then paid. I started filling up my drinks and looking around. Well, I noticed that on one of there numerous signs, they have a philly/fries/5 wing combo. Just want I ordered, except cheaper. Well, I asked the cashier “if I could be given the difference between the items” and he said “he can’t”. I said “want do you mean you can’t?”. He said “it’s more like I don’t know how”. I said “well, is there anyone here that does know how?”. He call another lady to the front and she didn’t know how to refund the money either. Then she shrugged her shoulders and began to say that “it wasn’t a big deal because it was only a $1-2 difference”. I asked her “if the shoe were on the other foot, then would it make a difference?”. She said “No!”. I said “Well, I work hard for my money and it makes a difference to me. If you can’t refund my money from the cash register, then let me have one of your dollars then”. She then rolled her eyes and gave me a dollar. I said “thank you” and then sat down for a second. I then changed my mind and just wanted to be refunded the whole transaction. The cashier then holds up a sign that was hidden behind the cash register that says no refunds. I asked “if I could speak with the manager?” He said “she wasn’t there at the moment”. I asked “if I could get there number and the names of the people I was dealing with?”. I got that info and my food, then left. As I was leaving the parking lot, I called the number they gave me and spoke with the manager. I told her want happened and the only thing I wanted in return was for something to be done so it doesn’t happen again. I know what you’re thinking. Wow, that must have been fun and kind of long winded. Glad that was over. Well, that wasn’t it folks. I made the long trek home, only to find half of the food missing and my daughter’s kids meals had hot sauce covering most of it. So, needless to say this was the icing on the cake. I called the manager back twice, to only get a voice mail. Finally I left a message just adding the surprise that we got when I got home. Read morePlaced an order in drive through for a hamburger, all-the-way, and a grilled chicken sandwich, all-the-way. I asked what would be on the sandwiches when I ask for it to be all-the-way and the person said everything. I told the person I wanted lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup and pickles on the sandwiches but no ketchup on the grilled chicken sandwich. They said ok and I proceeded to the pickup windows. I paid for my order, and the person gave me my change back and said my food will be out in a few minutes, thus was approximately 12:15 am. At 1am I drove around to the front since I couldn't get anyone's attention from the drive thru window that was open and asked if my food was ready and that I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. The guy went back to find my order and came back with it a minute later. Needless to say it was cold, the chicken sandwich smelled strongly of fish and both sandwiches were not made the way that I asked. I asked for a refund and they denied giving me a refund, I asked for a receipt and the guy decided to argue about asking me earlier if I wanted a receipt instead of just giving me a receipt. They did call the manager on the phone and told me to come in the next day but didn't tell me what time. So now I'm here and now they are saying we don't give refunds and the owner isn't here and they don't know when the owner will be in next because she "comes and goes". Read moreThe meal I purchased was in line with the presentation average at best. I literally drove by this place for a year, saying to myself; SELF!!! YOU need to try this corner place,.. FINALLY SELF LISTENED. The meal I purchased was in line with the presentation ONCE YOU GET A CLOSER LOOK, average at best just getting it done that's it ! They or service person or whoever it was at register, dose not look at you at all while approaching the counter or making the order, or in any way try to help you through the ordering process which is kind of confusing the way they have the menu.. and the road appearance it is way better than when you get up to the building appearance and inside the building by the way..
