Awful. Just awful. Walking in i was a little more encouraged about the experience while dealing with the lady who greeted me. Haven't been to a chuck e cheese for probably 15+ years. My daughter(6) has been asking to go since she seen an ad. The lady was explaining the time and credit options and I had to clarify a couple times what she said. She repeated it a couple times that if it's not used it can be credited back to me. Awesome no place has said that before. No chicken fingers or nuggets but they offer boneless wings. I got plain for my kid and some of the edges were burned(should've took pics). I got her the promo cup for free refills if we came back. It dropped from about 3.5 feet and busted. A whole chunk off the bottom corner so drink went everywhere....$5.28 for it to bust like a cheap sandwich bag. I had gotten bone-in wings for me and they were ok. I'd say my wings were the best part of the experience. It's the only reason food got 2 stars. There is a salad bar next to the drinks with no indication it needs to be paid for once you are there because refills for drinks are free. A couple of the games didn't work after being scanned. They have a jump area which my kid was excited about. Door was open and there was a see attendant for entry sign at the top of the rules sign. If the door is open why see an attendant for entry....it's not locked. So while my kid and another jumped a lady came over and said it's $10 to jump. On those 3 small jumping areas.....$10. I told my kid to get off while the other lady explained there was no indication it was a paid service. There's no sign that says it's not included in the crazy prices. Maybe put see attendant to pay fee to jump sign or have a card scanner that only allows entry if already paid on the card. Went to leave and let my kid pick out her prizes and said I'd like to just be recredited the amount left on the card.....different person said no they don't do that. It just doesn't expire and I can use it next time I come.....I'm not coming back and the other chick said it could be recredited. She said no sorry. Just keep it. So out of the 60 points I bought there is probably 40 left because that place is horrible. Not to mention the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a bit and had a clogged toilet and a dirty one that hadn't been flushed. I did like the fact we were stamped on the way in and they checked to make sure our numbers matched on the way out but could've easily just walked out without claiming prizes or seeing them at the desk. My total I spent was $70.34 for this sadness. The picture is my daughter's face right after being told to exit the trampoline area which you see in the background with the door still open. She tried to have more fun but was clearly disappointed.

This was my first time visiting this specific location. I stay in Augusta, GA and was passing thru for business. I’m so glad I made the decision to visit this location. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff that was working the day I visited. (A blonde haired white lady - perhaps the manager. A younger taller white guy with dark hair. A younger shorter black guy - I think the Chuck E Cheese mascot maybe.) The customer service at this location was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure my children were content, as well as myself. It seemed they treated all guests with as much enthusiasm and care as we were treated with. The only concern I have (and it’s not really a ‘concern’) is the amount and variety of the games offered. This is IMO a very small Chuck E Cheese location. There was more than enough room in the special events section of the place, but the gaming part of the room had so much extra space that more games could have been placed there. I could see the location very quickly becoming overcrowded and people having to wait in line to play certain games. Overall, I couldn’t urge you enough to visit this location! Also you’ve GOT TO GET the unlimited Summer Pass GOLD version!! The deal is truly UNBEATABLE!!!

This Chuck E. Cheese was smaller than I am use too but not bad. We went on a Friday evening in November and there there was only a couple other families in there. It was nice to have the whole place practically to ourselves. The kids had a blast at the birthday party! They always do, this wasn’t our first time hosting a party with Chuck. Anyways, the reason for the 4 star was because of the employees. Really relax personally, didn’t show much care, didn’t have answers for much. We had to wait over around 20 mins after our party started to have the party host come out, but they made sure we cleaned up on time and left even though the employee was late. After all that though, it honestly ran smooth. They brought out Chuck E. Cheese to dance , sing happy birthday, do photos, watch blow out the candle. Then they brought out dip n dots shortly after that. They were able to adjust the amount of kids day of too which was super helpful since a lot of kids ended up canceling. Pizza was enough for the kids but I would definitely suggest ordering more for the adults.

Hi: I am reaching out to you in regards to an experience that I just had at one of your locations here in Columbia SC. My family and I decided to visit this location to have e dinner and to spend time with our daughter. We ordered pizza and 18 boneless wings. Upon receiving the food we sat down and began to eat. As it goes when one is eating, we eventually our way to the wings. My daughter tried one as did I. They were very dry and I expressed to my wife that I was not pleased with them. Keep in mind we did not eat the wings. When I went to the counter, the young lady who states she was the manager was on her phone and I had to get her attention. I made my complaint, in a reasonable manner, not loud nor irate.she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that she could do since the policy was if you have the food, you don't get your money back. My wife made her way and asked to speak with her manager. She informed us that the manager above her was sick and would not talk to us. When asked what was her name was, all she would give is the first name which apparently is, Zia. The store manager would only give her first name which is Tee. She was not friendly, she was not professional, and she was disrespectful. All she would say is that if I call someone they will tell you the same thing I said and you will not get your money back. She did call someone finally and then proceeded to walk away and laugh at my family and I. We did get our money back, but not before she claimed she couldn't give us a receipt. I grew up on chuck e cheese and was attempting to give my daughter the same experience that I myself had as a child. This was not it. Having been in management myself, this is not how our I would like my establishment represented to the public.

Sincerely, a...

Pros: good pizza, served fairly quickly, lots of entertainment for children, 500 free tickets for 150 token package.

Cons: Some staff indifferent to guests, understaffed for anything more than 1 party and a few families during the week (based on tonight), confusing table reservation signs/policy.

Good job of accountability of groups and family members. Plenty of fun for children and the pizza has improved over the years at the chain and this location does not disappoint there. The service left a lot to be desired however.

Tonight they had two people on the floor, a couple of maintenance staff, a cook, and a manager who didn't bother to look at people. The two on the floor were friendly, but weren't enough to service two parties, run the counter, run the front door, and help with everything else.

The friendliness of the two didn't help when one constantly had to leave the counter to get incoming guests and the others wouldn't even acknowledge that anyone was there.

The policy of the chain (may not be chain policy, but same method enacted in El Paso, TX and here so assuming based on two location information) to mark all tables as reserved next to the stage is also confusing. We scheduled in advance and knew we had a table, but had to ask which one when we arrived only to hear we could sit anywhere despite all the reserved placards on Every table near the stage. The other group didn't ask and sat spread out all over because they saw the signs and walked away. It seems the chain puts the reserved signs for any parties which may show up, but they aren't really reserved except for larger parties even if reservations are not...
