Wawa — Restaurant in West Conshohocken

Horrible customer service! I will never use that wawa ever again. I live down the street and have been going there for 6 years and for the 6000 time they ID me when purchasing tobacco products which is no big deal since it’s part of their job to do. I reply ( in a joking manner ) how many times have you seen me and asked for my ID. She replies by buzzing over her manager as if I’m robbing the place. I asked her why she isint ringing up the can of dog food I would like to buy and she said because we have a problem. I said no we don’t I don’t even want a tobacco can I just please buy the can of dog food. She ignores me and waits till the Manager ran over and she started to explain to her what the situation is.. there is no situation!!!! Your making into one. So then I proceed to tell them how I felt using adult language and told them to keep the money that I handed the lady that she was holding hostage till the manager came over. She wouldn’t hand back my money!!! I asked her 5 times for my money back and she wouldn’t!!!! So I told her to keep it and walked out. I will never go to Wawa...

So upset. I went in to get some iced tea and upon pulling the lever no tea came out and it was only water. As I continued to pull, little black floaters came out of the tea machine. Obviously I went over to a member of staff to let them know what was going on. Well once I started to inspect the cup I noticed the black floaters appeared to be MOLD. One of the staffers came over to inspect and immediately started being so rude to me! I was telling him that I felt like the mold was a health hazard and could get someone sick when he raised his voice and told me he thought it was fruit flies no mold. I said "that's even worse" to which he yelled "I KNOW". How disrespectful. Just clean the damn machine so people...

I'm just saying that the overnight staff at Wawa, West conshu are exceptional, and they don't leave til next shift arrives. So when they ready to leave but can't then this girl comes in wanting ice cream something that isn't supposed to be available, and they were already to go home but got to make me something complimentary. Not only did they serve me a very delicious substitute with a great attitude timely fashion and a smile on their face plus above and beyond cause it was beautiful. And I'm talking to the entire staff is great. Wish I could...
