Most customer service is average to good. But the girl who took our order on the drive thru 02.28.23 at 8:45am really need another job. Not a very positive attitude, was distracted by other employees while I was ordering. She did not repeat my order and to top it off I was not given a sandwich when I asked for 2. Yes I should of checked my order, point is she needs better training. Not a good experience to start the day.... UPDAT: Today is 04.06.23, approx 8:30am drive thru. Again horrible service. This morning was a male that was not attentive. I speak very clear and loud. But when I ordered my 2 sausage Mc griddles he repeated 2 burritos. Really??? Then he drops all my coins on the floor. Luckily my wife grabbed the bills before they dropped. Point is... I'm really hoping Corp McDonald's are reading these cuz their employees need to learn and execute the correct training for clients to WANT to return to the establishment. Food is great! Read moreGreat place to grab a quick cheeseburger or a combo. But do not expect accuracy if you order more than that. Or if the line is long at the drive thru you are destined to wait FOREVER to get to the window.
I have seen the managers really try to make my visit a desirable one. Unfortunately the employees are the ones that sour the whole thing.
My last visit is a perfect example. I ordered the 2 quarter pounders for $6 deal, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and a combo, i get charged $15 for the 2 quarter pounders and when i point it out, not a single apology from the employee. He just waddled away.
Then when I get to the pick up window, the guy there hands me the wrong order. I give it back saying it's not what I ordered. He then says, "oh, I think I gave your order to the other car."
20 minutes! Waiting to be told my food was given away. Again, no apology from anyone.
In all honesty, if it weren't for the managers who I've seen trying their hardest to not cuss out their incompetent employees, I would have given this...

I am a teacher and decided to stop by for the complimentary coffee the whole McDonald corporation is advertising. Which is a super cool way to appreciate educators. Unfortunately, I had to experience a manager that yelled at her employee, an older Latina woman. She was simply showing the manager the announcement McDonald made for all educators. You could see how nervous the woman became. This manager must be accustomed to treating her team this way. I hope a General Manager reads this message. It is also super hard to find the store number or any number to contact to report a complaint.
