Subway — Restaurant in West Covina

Visited this location yesterday but was unable to use my EBT card as advertised on the window. To make matters worse, the menu prices advertised on the screen above the sandwich making stations were lower than the prices the items were ringing up for. I tried several times to order a sandwich using the EBT and 4 out of 5 times, the items were ringing up for more than the priced advertised. The employees were young female who didn't understand my complaint about the prices not being the same as advertised. Bad customer service . This certain staff that works at night I don’t know her name cause she never wears her badge but she’s slightly obese woman . So rude never say hi or hello or thank you . It seems that she hates her job . I entered the restaurant and she just ignored me and continued to mop the floor. Then finally asked me if I’m picking up orders . Not the first time this happened and even My friends complained about the same issues with this Employee. Someone needs to talk...

Went here on a Saturday around 4ish. VANESSA was the ONLY person working. She was taking orders, making sandwiches, and Checking the orders out. She was AWESOME - nice, efficient and more or less speedy. My only problem is....she SHOULDN'T have been the ONLY person working on a weekend!!! (I understand that she has no control over this- I am not an idiot). But the establishment loses points for poor staffing. If your looking for a good employee...
