Chinu House — Restaurant in West Deptford Township

I have been ordering from here for 12 years, I can honestly say the food is good but they have become very disrespectful over the years. Even as the prices got higher I continued to order but I'm no longer taking the disrespect when it's my money, especially when I'm a well paid customer. I love the delivery driver( wears a hat and has a little hair) I always tip him faithfully even when they are nasty I still tip him because he is just so sweet and so kind and always gives me extra but the people in the store have made me no longer want to spend my money. China house has gotten way to comfortable and lazy and they no longer care, I use to receive my food in 30-45 mins now Ima waiting at least 2 hours and don't get me started on how many times in the past year they have completely forgotten about my order which I have paid for over the phone for the past 12 years, so it's not like I'm paying at the door I'm waiting for food that was already charged my card. Hi everyone my name is Leah and I’m a Uber Eats driver and I can to this restaurant and the main guy that work here say the delivery order wasn’t for there and that makes completely no sense the delivery for the order is the address for the order which was Chinese food and to make a extremely long story short the guy took me that the order was not for his restaurant and I wasted gas to come get this order and I came back to pick it up because I know it was this place where the order was made and I clicked picked up the order and delivered it on my app by a accident and the men said it was delivered already when it wasn’t because I was the person delivering it and he to me he wasn’t going to give me the food he said Uber needs to pay him which I think he was trying to get paid triple pay again for the order so someone else can pick it up which mean the person food would be cold I advise you temple guys not to order Uber eats here because that’s just so wrongful to do to someone and I’m pretty sure...

If i could i would rate it 0 stars. Ive ordered from them a handful of time and they have always taken so long and the customer service is terrible. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 orders of chicken and broccoli, and after waiting 45 minutes and calling them to ask where the hell our food was, they showed up with you order... We were furious, not only did they say it would only take ten minutes to deliver, but they showed up with the wrong order. So i called and asked them if they could do anything about it and the guy on the phone continued to say it didn't matter because he only charged me for one order. BUT I ORDERED 2 SO I SHOULD RECEIVE 2....TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible people that work there i HIGHLY do not recommend them.
