They have 4 managers and not a single one know how to run a drive through.
When I told them I am uncomfortable with them taking my card and walking back and running it, it just went in one ear and came out the other which makes me extremely suspicious
I used my debit card and I think the white manager is a racist. When I asked her for her name because she took my card and ran it in the back , she wouldn't give me and said " you can leave".
As if it's her home. I would highly suggest everyone to check their bank statements. If anyone feel like they lost any money, now you know who stole it
Also I think the white manager lady is a racist. Sometimes you just get that feel and she sends that message out loud and clear. Will be following up with the corporate because I have a bad feeling about her conduct.

When they first served us raw meat a couple of weeks ago, we drove back to the store to alert them of the issue and they happily gave us a new burger. The issue with that is that they gave us ANOTHER raw burger in return. We should’ve known it would be an issue when they told us it would be a few minutes to cook the meat (no issue waiting on fresh food), just to have it come out 15 seconds later. This McDonald’s just months ago was amazing and consistent, so we keep coming back hoping for that to return. Today we went at peek lunch hours around 12, hoping for that previous delicious consistency, and were disappointed to find again, a raw burger and burnt, greasy fries. First off it took 25 minutes to get through the drive (I watched 6 cars pull out of the line and leave because it was taking so long and the lines were barely moving) just for them to give me the wrong coffee so I go around and park my car and go in. I told them what I ordered ( a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso) and she had to go ask her manager if she could remake it. So I’m waiting and they try and hand me a medium one with no extra shot. She they go to make another one and I finally just asked for my money back because i shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes and go in and then still get the wrong stuff. The manager didn’t say anything, no sorry for the wait, no sorry we messed it up again… & she tried to refund me 3.63 when I paid 4.27… the manager never said one word to me.
