EDIT**I returned to the store the next day and I was greeted promptly- an employee from the day before approached me quite quickly with a bin of some of my selections from the day before,. It was a very thoughtful touch. This experience leveled out my previous days experience and this business no longer leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will return to shop here again.

So I just got back from a year in Afghanistan and none of my clothes fit. So I decided to start here- when getting an entire new wardrobe you want to start economically. I arrived around 1 and began my shopping in dresses. I couldn’t find someone to open a dressing room but there was one open so I just went in. Once I had a few yes’ I approached the woman at the register and asked if there was a place I could put them while I continued shopping. She directed me to the rack right next to the register, wonderful. I continued my shopping with sundresses (there was a helpful employee to open the room for me this time) and then to pants and shorts. Each time putting my great selections in the rack next to the register as directed. I finished up with shirts and as I came around to the register to checkout everything was gone. An employee was behind me as I turned around with an obvious confused look on my face and told me just one second. I assumed that they had just moved them somewhere else but a woman I’m assuming was the manager came around and said oh sorry we put all of those clothes away but if you remember what you selected we’ll be able to quickly pull them back off the rack. - It is now past 3pm. For over two hours I was in the store. Two hours I shopped and put clothes on that checkout rack. Two hours of finally feeling a bit like a woman again. - but of course I could always go through and find everything again. Having a neat and tidy store is obviously more important than...

I stopped into this store when I was in town picking up some furniture nearby. Overall the store was pretty clean and organized. The sales associate Roxanne however was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She initially came up to me and asked if I needed a fitting room, I said no thanks. Then I asked her where the items on Instagram where; and she told me that she doesn’t have an Instagram or social media. Then I asked the employees at the front and they directed me to where they put the social media post items. Then at checkout she was very rude when I asked if they had an item I had seen that was on Instagram, she told me once again that she didn’t have instagram and that she didn’t know. It was an overall very weird and strange experience and I will obviously not be returning. And they do have...

3rd time coming here & Service is laughable every time. Everyone behind the counter has an “I dont want to be here attitude”. Just when you think the experience couldn't get worse, I get told I get $2 for a pair of pants… Based off my context clues I have to think they either dont look through the baskets or at most a lazy glance. (Mind you I had lightly worn designer pieces as well as never worn clothing). Was also not told as to why they did not take the rest of the items… fishy!
