Starbucks — Restaurant in West Goshen Township

The sugar table (the table that has all the stirrers and sugar) was a total mess when I came in to get a $7.50 coffee. There was only one other customer in the store and about 6 associates behind the counter, so as I was paying, I politely mentioned to the cashier that the sugar table needs some attention. She didn’t even turn to look and responded with a very dismissive “k”. And then when I finished paying, I noticed the girl, who is a younger wh!te woman with glasses, turn and roll her eyes to one of her coworkers. She didn’t relay the request to a single other coworker and did nothing to address the mess.

I didn’t even want to touch the counter when I went over t get some sugar. Additionally, the floor was filthy and unswept, and the whole place looked unkempt. There was no excuse because it was a low-traffic time of day and they had soooo many people working. No one was doing anything and they all seemed bored and lazy. The place needs a full clean....

No short cups (very frustrating) as anytime any employee ever uses a larger cup, they dilute the coffee. Unlike most, I like the flavor of coffee. Way too much milk in my order. Second, when I ask for all frothed milk, I expect the entire contents of the milk to be in a foamy state. If I wanted watered down hot coffee flavored milk I'd go to wawa. Cashier couldnt even understand my order and I had to repeat myself 3 times. Short, double shot, blonde roast, all frothed whole milk with 1 pump of caramel. Still too much caramel in my order. I'm not a baby cow and dont desire to be a diabetic. Learn quality control and listen to your customers. Stop assuming everyone wants gross watered down sugar coffee. Literally hate being forced to go to starbucks. Overpriced for lower quality GMO beans contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and larvicides. Google it, if its non organic...

2023 update: now 1-star. On 2 different occasions recently I’ve had unsettling encounters with a man who appears to be the manager. The first time, I thought maybe I was just being too sensitive. The second time, however, it was blatantly obvious what part of my body he was looking at, and I wanted to say “hey buddy, my eyes are up here!”

Now if I go to this location, I send my partner in to get our orders so that I don’t have to be leered at. But I won’t order from there alone anymore.

*Original 3-star review from 2019- It’s often very difficult to find seating, and if you’re with a child it’s even more difficult because most of the tables are high-tops. In addition the parking is dangerous- fire lanes are almost always blocked in the mornings. They should take over the old Wawa location just down the road where there’s a lot more parking.
