The gal at the drive thru window needs a better attitude and know math. Started out with giving her 22.06 for a purchase of $12.06. She didn’t understand that it means I get a ten back. Instead she kinda sucked her teeth at me. Then it takes forever. The other young lady making me the 6$ latte asked if required an espresso shot. To which she got a “yes it does”. That young lady moves away from making my latte and starts another task at the register. I get the sandwich, then I’m waiting for the latte. To which the woman at the drive thru with attitude for days goes over an puts the top on it and gives it to me. She had such a disgusting attitude that I just accepted the milky iced coffee that was supposed to be a latte. Then she made me feel unreasonable because for this drink one would need a straw. It’s not a cold foam top. This time she sucked her teeth and rolled the eyes and got a straw. Managers, get someone with a good attitude like you used to have. It keeps us coming back.

Asked for it to be light and sweet with cream not milk and they put in milk. Horrible attention to details.... Second time I decided to give it a second chance today Oct 22, first I wanted two of the wake up wrap just the egg and cheese with a small coffee ☕. Why they were charging me 10.00$ like what Nooooooo! I ask wait the wrap used to be like two for about 1$ or 2$ dollars and change? They responded the wrap are now 3.99$ for just the one I wanted. OMG!!! I said forgetabouit give me just the small coffee. And again, they did it with milk not cream. Why would anyone hire anyone that don't really understand English???? Read more⭐ This one star is for the service I received today. I ordered food and two hot drinks through the app. When I went to pick up my order, only the food was ready — the drinks were missing. I asked the staff about my drinks, and they just asked what my order was but didn’t bother to remake them. Even after I said I was in a hurry, no one took any action. They kept making cold drinks for walk-in customers instead.
I ended up leaving with only my food, feeling really upset. It’s frustrating because I shouldn’t have to deal with someone else’s mistake and risk being late for school or getting stuck in traffic because of it.
