New Asia Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in West Hartford

AVOID . AVOID. AVOID. REALLY DISGUSTING NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the easiest thing on the menu — chicken and rice — and received soggy, undercooked chicken, with flour still coated to the skin! It was absolutely horrible! And when I called to ask and have the chicken remade, the store staff argued me down and hung up on me in typical fashion because a lack of customer service training and etiquette. I will NEVER return . They aren’t wrong when they say “NEW” Asia this little spin on Chinese food they’ve got going on is a clear indication of a lack of skill and ability to actually make palatable food. My food was literally disgusting, but as long as they got a little money in their pocket who cares about the customer right? WILL NEVER RETURN. Advise you all to beware of this place, tons of other quality Chinese restaurants in the back it who don’t serve dumpster...

Food is always good. The picture in this rating is an old picture. They are now located across the street in a separate building. During COVID-19, they opened during the first phase and where you enter, is where they set up a table where you pick up orders. I have been a couple of times during COVID, first time I guess my timing was good, I was only one getting my order. 2nd time, there were so many waiting for their order, I stayed in my car and asked them to call me when my order was done. They were late with the timing to pick up. That was unusual. Right now it's only pick up no delivery and no eating inside. Very nice family and I feel they are doing all the right...

Everything was stale and I’m so confused. My sister and I ordered two completely different chicken dishes and our forks couldn’t even stab the chicken it was so stale, tough, and chewy. The broccoli with mine seemed to be steamed separately from the actual chicken which I found weird but now figure is because they save very old chicken for reselling. I stopped eating mine halfway through because it tasted old and my stomach started to hurt.
