Read moreDo not go to this location if you have a weak mind. My two friends and I wanted to have a nice night out before Christmas and was craving PF changs. To start, we ordered 2 and a half glasses of wine and a beer. When the waitress came back, she had a prefilled glass of wine and brought the bottle. She opened the wine bottle and poured the two glasses of wine. She then left the bottle of wine on the table at which point I said we didn't order the bottle of wine. She said, "yes you did" and we started arguing. She said she was going to talk to her manager and come back. She came back a few minutes later and said because the bottle was opened at our table, we have to pay for it. We then explained, again, that we did not order a bottle, we ordered two and a half glasses. We asked to speech to the manager and the waitress says, "shes just going to say the same thing i did and youre going to have to pay for it" and storms off. At this point our appetizer was there but we were afraid to touch anything (we hadn't even drank the water at this point). The manager comes over and says the same thing the waitress did. We started getting upset because why would we order a half glass AND a bottle of wine when all three of us VIVIDLY remember saying 2 and a half glasses. After telling the manager we are just going to leave because this is ridiculous the manager completely changes her tone and apologizes and took the bottle. We asked for a different waitress which she was okay but it was so awkward. We payed for everything full price (which we expected to to begin with but this was wild) and it was over $100 for a mediocre meal with HORRIBLE experience. If you couldn't stand up for yourself in this situation, you'd be paying for a whole bottle because the waitress...
Read moreI am not one to give bad reviews unless I feel they absolutely deserved it on my part. I was actually very disappointed in the service and food tonight. Surprisingly it was slow for a Saturday, but not as surprising during the 4th of July weekend. We had pan fried pork dumplings which were amazing. We also had fried crab wontons which were terrible. They tasted like tuna and had a fishy taste despite only having crab. We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken but that was terrible. It was more sauce then chicken, and the sauce was thick and heavy. We ordered the Mongolian beef, which I personally didn’t mind but it was the first time i had it so I didn’t really care. My friend did not like it, and said it’s not what Mongolian is suppose to taste like. It was dry and crispy, but it’s suppose to be soft and juicy. Lastly, I personally ordered the short rib fried rice. It was actually the only thing I completely enjoyed, after the dumplings. It was spicy, and really good. The service was ridiculo. Our waiter was not nice, only when he brought the check. He wasn’t a happy camp led and I can guess it was the large party of customers, but i don’t know. He took forever to bring us our drinks, and when he noticed we were annoyed by him, he justified why he hasn’t waited us. He was in the kitchen most of the time so… I would recommend here for the short rib fried rice and dumplings. You let me know...
