Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Haven

Everytime I've gone here which is atleast 3 days a week, they get my order right 9 out of 10 times. But for some reason there is always some sort of argument going on between a customer and an employee. I never forget one incident where the customer and employee (both males) were fighting and nearly got into a fist fight when the customer grabbed the employee by the scruff of his shirt. Thankfully someone contacted police and it was resolved but there is always without fail some sort of drama happening inside this dunkin donuts and if there is a line which there always is cause there's no drive thru the customers begin to yell at the employees to hurry up, or how hard is it to make a coffee, and things like that. It's horrible and I understand why there are always new people working there cause the customers are so mean. Even this 80 yr old women was reprimanding a female employee for having colored streaks in her hair and tattoos. Like that makes her incapable of making coffee but because of it the women said she wanted someone else to make her coffee cause the girl may have 'that aids and I don't want her getting it in my coffee so I end with the aids' the girl had to walk to the back to keep from crying in front of everyone and her employees didn't say or do a thing to stop it or console the girl it...

Vanessa doesn’t wear gloves when touching your bagels & sandwiches. The employees talk about me constantly & sent some old man to harass me on Facebook, left a review there too by the way, it’s much more interesting since I have to be PG in this one. Lol! That one brown tooth seems to talk a lot, doesn’t it? Don’t forget I’m not afraid and that door does not lock, you know the one that separates the customers from behind the counter. Just walk in and tell them what’s up, cause I sure will be once I have my baby. I’m not Jonathan, I’m not Yasmin, and I’m not Xiomara. I’m sorry I love my Dunkin workers everywhere! But the Dunkin in downtown New Haven on Church is awful for the employees and the customers!! I blame management and the owner. You guys are packed in the morning and make good money for your own pockets, but this was the worst experience ever and I have done plenty of reviews. To the owner, put more workers on the morning shift and organize your store because it’s hectic in the a.m and with people starting their day the way they did this morning,I don’t know if they would come back! I know that was my last time giving my money to a owner...
