I can't believe that this Hidden Gem has been down the street and around the corner from me for over 10 years plus! My son chose this place for his birthday celebration, and 7 of us were able to enjoy the delicious Colombian food that is served here. Everything not only smelled good and looked super delicious, but it Tasted so much better! Every time I took a fork full, my mouth was singing from the flavors it was experiencing. I literally mmmm'd and savored every bite I took. And we all let everyone experience some of each of our dish, since everyone got something different plus an appetizer. The table was excitingly trying everything lol. You will definitely not be disappointed eating here. Skip four burritos and get takeout or sit in food from Jerry's Luncheonette! Our waitress ( had pretty shiny black hair and pretty eye makeup ), she was awesome, very pleasant, accommodating, and positive. And even when she couldn't completely understand what we were asking, she didn't get an attitude, yet she made sure she got the orders correct and was able 2 answer questions we had. Our dinner party had the best time. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.🥰🤗🤩🥳🙋🏽♀️

Amazing!!! Simply amazing! Service, food quality, taste..amazing. Recently moved to the area from Queens and have been near depressed with the lack of comparable latin restaurants. My local friends and I have started exercising at the nearby beach and decided to stop for a late breakfast (they close at 3..serve lunch and all day breakfast). My breakfast was super satisfying, ordered tostones as a side order..Holy!@@# the presentation of these giant tostones is worth the trip alone. I watched some of the plates coming around from the rice and beans and large whole fish. This place is everything. My waitress was a major compliment to meal also. Drop dead gorgeous. Parking was not difficult, place was super clean. Heavy Latino patronage, but as a man of color felt very welcome. People check this place out. They deserve your money and stomach🔥🔥

Place not the same and this morning was the last time I'll be going, past 3 times food was terrible, my home fries had about a little less than quarter inch of BURNT, BLACK BURNT that's how bad on the bottoms, over easy eggs were over well, today's stuffed french toast was ORANGE in color, tasted sour and big chunks of banana rather than the time before sliced up and cut in half, seems like every time they cook the same food different ways😡😡, only good thing was my coffee, sausage was cold etc and they weren't busy.... They need to bring back the crew they had years ago.... Sorry Jerri's but you lost a customer for last 12+ years... Not sure what the hell the yellow stuff is on the cream cheese but it looks like a baby's dirty diaper!😡😡(zoom in on pic showing cream cheese, nasty). Save the stomach ache and eat elsewhere.

What an amazing spot! The staff was so incredible and some of the most kind people. They offer breakfast all day, and has a great classic diner feel to it with a twist - they also offer authentic Columbian food. Everything I tried was so delicious. I especially loved the empanadas - they were crispy and flavorful. For the main course, I got their signature omelette which was filled with onion, peppers, cheese, avocado, and Columbian sausage - just amazing. The French toast was immaculate with the perfect amount of bananas, strawberries and whipped cream on top. Their chicken wraps were also delicious, with a side of French fries and coleslaw. 10/10 recommend getting their tres leches for dessert because it was the best l've had!

This is such a great spot! They serve breakfast all day, so you can definitely please everyone in your party. This restaurant has been in West Haven since 1950, and recently renovated and made the restaurant bigger. When you come in, you seat yourself and the friendly, helpful staff greets you promptly! They make everything in house from scratch and offer daily lunch specials. We started with empanadas which I highly recommend. Definitely some of the tastiest we’ve had. Definitely give Jerris a try if you’re in the area, you will not be disappointed!,

We heard Jerri’s Luncheonette recently started serving Colombian dinners on certain days of the week, so we decided to stop by. This spot is so adorable and exceptionally clean! I’m sure during the day time for lunch and breakfast it’s super cozy too! There were a lot of great choices on the menu, and we were definitely happy with our chipotle pasta, arroz con pollo y camarones, empanadas, and the Jerri’s burger. We’ll have to come back for breakfast! Friendly and attentive staff as well.
