Very poor management at this location. When they get busy in house there is no actual customer experience.they like you to use soulless terminals.
I had been going here for two years and tipping! I only ever have two employees make my drink because any other REAL coffee place will be ready to satisfy my needs as a customer. So I will go there and tell my crowd of people not to come here!
The district manger comes in says I cannot have this employee make my drink anymore. I will not return because of this reason and poor management! The district management went out their way to tarnish my experience with Dunkin’ Donuts.
Also had some gay Spanish man get very aggressive and spiteful in front of my wife and children. I complained to it about management and they said this isn’t the first time we had this issue with this employee before and he still works there!
The in-house service is usually terrible nobody ever greets you at this location.
I am a manager in this industry and the service and management is very poor!
I thought this place would meet customer expectations and satisfaction but not here!
Ps don’t be like Dunkin’ Donuts and get terminals so you can ignore them and avoid providing an in house experience!
I paid for my coffee asked for my regular to make the drink and the lady refused! I asked for my money back! She didn’t give me my money! And I didn’t get my drink!

Read moreI had ordered a cup of French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar last week. I had a very sharp stomach pain that dropped me to my knees at 5:30 am. I almost went to the hospital that night. I continued to have excruciating pain throughout the night and I went to urgent care the next morning and was diagnosed with a pancreas infection. I was instructed not to drink any coffee or caffeine. I truly hope that the world does see this post because nobody at this store seems to care about an illness from a customer. Let alone the manager Eileen says that she is not a doctor and refuses to listen to my story. I hope this location is closed permanently

Read moreThis branch was fine when it opened, but it really seems like the only prerequsite to be employed there now is hating the customers. It takes 15 minutes for them to complete a single order, and my order is wrong every.single.time I go here, without fail. Today, I asked them correct the order. The girl at the window first tried arguing with me about how it was made (they put whipped cream on something I specifically asked them to leave it off of, I am allergic to dairy) and then brought it back to her coworker, who then scooped the whipped cream out of the cup and put the lid back on instead of remaking it properly, then the girl at the window handed it back to me while it was covered in the contents of the cup, dripping and sticky, and just said, "Here."
