Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Lafayette

About a month and a half ago I had a pretty unfortunate experience at the Domino's on Stadium St. The order was over an hour and 10 minutes late on delivery when they are 2 blocks from my building and the pizza was ice cold! However, after leaving a review about what happened the manager Brad called and offered me 2 free pizzas as a redemption. Well, 2 weeks ago we called in our favor, and the pizza was Delicious! I went to pick it up this time, but they were piping hot and a hit with all of my coworkers. I really appreciate the attitudes of the employees at this location and their dedication to making sure the customer feels good about their experience. I feel awful about this delayed review, but I guarantee I will order from them again!...

Service was incredibly rude and racially discriminated against my friend (he asked why their online ordering wasn’t working and one blonde female employee asked him if he payed his phone bill). I was told there would be an hour wait on the food when the counter said 11 minutes; seems like they didn’t want to fulfill more orders. Do not come here when it is night and they are busy they will treat you horribly.

Disgusting food handling (no gloves were worn by employees making pizzas); high risk of cross contamination. Do not come here if you have dietary restrictions.

Ordered curbside car delivery, app said it would be ready by 9:05. Got there and checked in on the app at 9:12, put on hazards in spot right near to the front door. Waited and called store at 9:28 asking if they were coming out or if there’s an issue, and they were like ‘oh you ordered curbside? Did you even check in?’ Why yes I did, and then I started to think that I probably just ordered at the wrong store, but then a guy comes out and gives me my food within the minute and leaves without saying anything.
