Jimmy John's — Restaurant in West Lafayette

Was fast, got sandwich in 1-2mins. So props to the girl making the sandwich. But ording was a nightmare. The cashier couldnt get my order right and failed to get it on the right bread. He tried to charge me for a #8 billy club, when i asked for 9grain, one of the breads. There was a massive communication error between me and the cashier as he kept thinking i wanted my sandwich without lettuce and tomato even though i said i wanted them. It got to the point that the sandwhich maker directly asked me and understood me on the first try. They might of been out of 9grain sincr i didnt get my sandwich with it in the end; could of told me instead of going with what i might have wanted instead.

So 5/5 for making the sandwich, since she went beyond what usually is required 0/5 for ording since communcation...

I went to call for a delivery order with only $60 left in my bank account. The man picked up the phone and politely asked me what he could get me. After I told him what I wanted, the beach club, I was prompted to give him my credit card number. Then my friend kindly started playing loud porn noises to which the employee on the phone responded “Whoa..” As I continued to give my numbers of my card, I could not breath or speak correctly to give the rest of the numbers. The guy on the phone was a good sport about the situation and calmly stated “Ok, I just need you to take a deep breath and give me the last 8 numbers on the card you were laughing too hard.” I get Jimmy Johns all the time and this was by far the best experience Ive ever...

Stopped to pick up 2 doordash orders. One lady told us they were taking a break to get caught up. Totally fine. We gave her the names she brought back one said the other had already been picked up. Did our part called doordash. They cancelled and sent us a different order. Tried to let the same one know she yelled and screamed at us until she understood that it was a different order. Another worker threatened to slap my husband. I get that its a busy night, homecoming home game that they won. Had a lot to deal with. This however is no excuse to threaten someone who did nothing to you. It's actually...
