Bellagios Pizza — Restaurant in West Linn

Bellagio is our favorite pizza! However, tonight was disappointing. I ordered our favorite combo Garlic Chicken and Pepperoni Plus on thin crust. The delivery driver arrived twenty minutes early (not a problem as we were home). However, when I open the pizza the 1\2 that was supposed to be Pepperoni plus was pepperoni, jalapeno, sausage and bacon. So I called Bellagios thinking they delivered the wrong pizza. I was put through to the manager, who said I am looking at your order and you ordered garlic chicken and Hawaiian. I told him I did not, and my email confirmation said garlic chicken and pepperoni plus. He asked me if I changed my order and I said no. Then he said there new Hawaiian pizza was somehow getting mixed up with the pepperoni Plus. Again, I told him the ingredients on the pizza. I have never seen a Hawaiian pizza with the ingredients I described to him. He asked for my phone number and said he was going to credit my account ten dollars for the incorrect half. He then said it was a "bummer". I told him it was, the pepperoni plus was my son's half and even after pulling off the jalapenos it was way too spicy for him. So yes, it was a bummer and a ten dollar credit was a slap in the face considering it was not our fault...I would have rather had a replacement pizza so my son was able to eat what was his choice for a celebration dinner for an accomplishment he completed. Yep it was a big bummer, Bellagio's! I offered to send my confirmation showing the order, but he said he believed me and did...

REVISED review: Krista the GM called me, & apologized & issued me the refund. I very much appreciate this because like I said, the food is good. Very satisfied with the level of customer service! Original review: The pizza is good. My complaint is when they get something wrong when placing an order online They do nothing to correct it. I placed an order that included a salad with a few extras like chicken requested. When I got the order, it had none of the add ons I had ordered, even though I had to pay extra for the chicken. The person that answered the phone said they would either send me one or refund me. I did not feel Like I needed them to send me a whole other side salad (Even though I was very disappointed since this was my dinner) So I opted for a refund. I never actually got the refund. I never thought I had such a hard order to understand..... I haven’t ordered from Bellagios in months because the last time they messed up my pizza the exact same way as tonight.. Ordered a pepperoni and Canadian bacon half of it with olives.. I get this half only olives half pepperoni Canadian bacon... who the hell wants just olives and cheese??? This is the 2nd time in a row!! Then called to say it’s incorrect and like last time sorry we are closed we will give you a free pizza next time... edited up to 3 stars after redemption.
