I had a TERRIBLE experience here. Almost every time we go there they forget a dish we ordered. About a week ago (Oct. 7, 2018) I came here for dinner with my boyfriend. When it was time for the waitress to take our order, she took my order. I asked for something that was literally on the menu and she said, "you can't do that." But I tried to explain that it's on the menu and I've ordered it here before. But I think she was new so I tried to be patient with her. Then she didn't even look at my boyfriend. She never asked if he was ordering or anything. He then said, "I'm going to order too." and she said, "okay," and literally just walked away!! This was so strange!! So he got up and went to the register and ordered there. He came back and he was pretty upset. However, we tried to just give her the benefit of the doubt. She was pretty rude and we ended up no tipping her very well.
That's not even the bad part! That night, I left my glasses there. I took them off for my boyfriend to use because he had a hard time seeing the menu because it's so dim there. The next day I realized I left them there, but I wasn't able to get them that day because I went home that night and I live 2 hrs away. I was just in town visiting. I called the restaurant and a gentleman picked up the phone. I told him I left my glasses there and he told me he found them. I told him that I would be in soon to pick them up. I even told him where I sat and who the waitress was.
Today, I drove 2 hrs to pick them up. A different lady was working today and I told her what was discussed on the phone and the situation. She said she didn't know about it. She half-a**ed looked around and then said she doesn't know where it is. First of all, why don't they have a lost and found box, or they can just look on their cameras (which they should have) and see what was done with them. She said that they can take my number and call me tomorrow....I just drove 2 HOURS for my glasses!!!
As soon as I leave the restaurant, she calls me and says she thinks she found my glasses but isn't sure it's mine. I told her that I would only be able to come later that day. I then come later, and she shows me a pair of glasses that aren't mine. I then explained to her that the waitress that waited us the previous week is working in the kitchen, I saw her step out. Why didn't they just ask her?? I know for a FACT I left them there because I only brought in my phone, my keys, and my glasses. One of the ladies also said, "If you need them to see, why did you take them off?" with an attitude.
The only reason I have been going here is because it's convenient because it's close to where my boyfriend lives. But now I'm NEVER going back here.
IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD THAI PLACE IN THIS AREA GO TO ARAWAN. They have excellent service every time I go there and amazing food. I'm not taking this post down until I get my...
Read moreOh boy where to begin. I was supposed to pick up a grubhub order there. They messed up and gave the order to the wrong driver (it was a cancel and re-order due to an update). I tried explaining to the restaurant the customer hadn't gotten their food but they didn't speak English and did not understand what I was saying (I understand its a Thai restaurant and I understand English may not be their first language, but they couldn't even understand what was happening and I was trying to be very nice and patient but it just wasn't happening). I then tried to call grubhub to see what to do, and the restaurant submitted a complaint to grubhub on me for not immediately leaving the restaurant when I was still just trying to do my job and figure out what to do to help my customer out! Grubhub tried to fix it and make a new order, and they told grubhub I WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE and to cancel the order (mind you not once did they ask me to leave, and I was literally sitting in silence not yelling or being rude or snarky or anything and still had grubhub driver care on the phone to try and finish my job and figure out what to do) and that they wouldn't give me the food!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. The customer ended up having to order her whole order again through just the restaurant and come drive and pick it up after the restaurant agreed to remake it for her finally. The customer ended up giving me a $40 tip for being so nice to her and just trying to get her her dinner that she paid for. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment in my whole life. I will absolutely tell everyone I know to never go here. They are beyond rude and they told a lie to grubhub that can get me in trouble when I did nothing wrong. If they thought I was being rude talking to them calmly and respectfully and doing my job and calling grubhub for help with the issue, wow. I just. Idk. Don't go here. Horrible customer service. 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I felt so disrespected and villianized just trying to get a customer their food. Will NEVER accept another order...
Read moreThis Thai restaurant was just ok. Would have received a better review but the food looked nothing like the photo on the menu. I ordered the crab fried rice in which the menu photo attached showed real lump crap pieces, yet my entree was one egg folded with very little shredded crab inside that looked like it was from a can. It was approximately the amount of one heaping tablespoon of shredded crab inside a small folded egg. I unfortunately did not take a photo as I was not going to complain, I did attach a photo of what the crab looked like and the amount in the circled area on photo. The problem was the service took a while for me to even question why my meal looked nothing like the menu. But I did not want my food to get cold so I ate it hoping when I asked she would rectify the lack of crab. Unfortunately she gave us a horrible response saying that prices are going up for them to purchase food so they need to use less amount and poor quality food to make up the difference of their rising prices. To me this is like bait and switch because the menu shows one thing but they purposely give you less amount and a poor quality meal to cover their loss without concern for their customers. Very easy solution...they can change photo on menu to show what you actually get or they should explain to you when you order. Unacceptable in my opinion as I would never do this in my own business.
Photos below 1- is an example of what that actual crab looked like and the amount circled 2- is the actual menu photo of what they portray their crab fried rice to look like. Such a huge difference...
