This is a half empty strip mall. The anchor store was originally Albertsons, which sold the Hagens, who went out of business when Albertsons cook the books and left them with their debt. So now the giant retail location at the West End of the complex it's empty. The Jack-in-the-Box also closed, so no that sits empty. The entire West End of the complex is devoid of stores. The East End of the complex features a Subway, Great Clips, Providence Health Center, and a few other stores. the people at the Great Clips are plate, and the Subway is open until about 11 p.m. and has always been polite and we've come in for food. Read moreThis shopping is constantly changing tenets and some are simply boarded up. Location can't be everything as it's off the freeway and in West Linn. I understand Albertson closing but not the others. Glad Dutch Bros is there now. Always try to stop in and support local businesses. On the plus side lots of parking. I live just up the hill but I catch 205 by going down the other side of the hill so it can literly by weeks before I catch the freeway down there and then I'm in hurry because I'm probably heatded downtown or Wilsonville and not happy about it. So it takes an effort to stop by but it's worth to keep our community members employed. If you found this helpful please click the link...
