Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

I have gone to the little ceasars location at York Crossing Drive space G and initially it was ok. Over the past year, I have been consistently getting the wrong orders or if I call in ahead of time, my order has not even been started. Today 8/18/18, I called in my order an hour and a half early. I arrived to the store where the kid behind the counter laughed in my face and told me my order wasnt complete. He then tries to change his story stating I called the wrong store. So I called the number for the store and it rang. The woman who answered my call was able to find the order in the system they just never checked. I'm tired of the employees at this store who clearly don't care about their jobs enough to even provide decent customer service and on top of that they will get your order wrong every time an act as if it's the customers fault. When I came back there was another customer that had the same problem I did . The lady at the register gave me attitude when I asked if they were having the same problem. July 28. Fail. The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection. Food employee observed in pizza area, wearing bracelet arms. Food employees observed in pizza area, cut table, and prep area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats. Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control pre-staged pizzas, a potentially hazardous food, without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Corrected. Food facility (owner) is a certified food manager but does not work in the facility. No certified manager on duty during hours of operations. PVC piping under three-compartment sink is leaking excessively and needs to be repaired. Flooring in the dish area has low floor grout and broken chipped tiles, needs to be repaired. Ceiling tiles in the kitchen area around oven with accumulation of dust and need to be cleaned. Spray bottle of clear liquid stored in the chemical storage area in the dish room with no common name...

Megan, the delivery Driver placed my order on THE FLOOR STEP to my house. The food arrived cold because She placed the food on the outside ground floor step and called me to tell me, "Your order is on the ground step in front of your door" instead of calling me prior to my delivery. The instructions that I placed on my order was to "Knock hard on my door!" I was completely unaware and apalled that my order would be a contactless delivery order. Had I been aware, I would have placed a table or chair so that my food would've never touched the steps where "Everyone puts their dirty shoes on the steps in front of my door." Megan said that the order was on my "porch" floor, which I Have No Porch! She completely ignored my instructions and did as she pleased with my order! So very upset that I even called Customer Service to Little Caesars and was hung up on. Called again and was told to leave a message, which I did. I hope that Little Caesars gets this straightened out and soon....
