I was not expecting much from my Açaí bowl because I usually go to a place that is delicious. This place raised the bar for my açaí bowl to a whole new standard. The açaí base was not chunky, it was smooth like an ice cream texture. I love that. The servings are bigger than any other place I’ve ever gotten an açaí bowl, so you definitely get your monies worth . The service was great and everyone was super nice! Happy to say I will be back. Not to mention this place is closer to my house than the other açaí bowl places I usually go to which I am happy about. Went in to order a smoothie and try something new as I love supporting small businesses! The cashier laughed in my face when I asked if I could order a small from the kids menu as the small size option wasn’t available on the “adult” menu. As a grab and go food place I have never seen someone strict about what’s kids menu and if a child is ordering the kids menu item but she laughed and said I could not order from that menu selection. I wasn’t going to get anything because of the encounter but my partner ordered me a smoothie from the “adult menu” in a medium, both of our smoothies are flavorless and watery. They taste like ice. Ive only had food delivered from here for lunch at work using doordash so I can't speak on the atmosphere but the food is fresh and delicious and the drinks are fantastic. My orders have always been exactly as I placed them. My go to beverage is the Recharge, every time I get one of these for lunch I still have energy when I get home from work, which always amazes me! I've also tried the Rejuvenate and Detox, it's so unique and delicious and will be a repeat for me. I'm loyal to the Health Bar Cobb wrap, it's perfect.
