I asked for Swiss cheese on my am original I got, not just cheddar cheese but you know when cheese has been left out in the air and it gets those crusty edges and changes colors yeah I paid all that money for that! Last Thursday 12/17 I picked up a ham that I had ordered. I had received an email confirmation and it said that I could pay for my purchase with a credit card. Upon arriving I discovered that not only that I had to pay in cash, but that I had to have exact change as they didn't have any change.
I got the ham out an hour before I was going to serve it to my guests. It was completely BLACK on the outside. Burned! I didn't have time to drive back across town from Viera yo return it, so I had to serve it to my guests.

I have never purchase from this location before. Since I can give them 4 stars on Easter weekend with COVID They could probably rate 5 under other circumstances. I had order two turkeys and one ham. As I am on oxygen I stayed in my car and they delivered curbside. I rolled down my passenger window so I could talk to them. They placed the order on the front passenger floorboard. I confirmed my order. She looked confused and said I don't think so. So I had to wait the car another 45 minutes for them to find out I did have a second turkey coming.
Their parking lot is excruciatingly small for a normal day. Enough cannot be said about the lack of space waiting for a car...
