I had an issue, so decided to make the local stop. Things were busy, things were hectic, and the effort required to see through so many issues with T-Mobile service showed in the staff.
Having said that, they were all rockstars.
They were as optimistic as could be reasonably expected. They attended a queue of customers filtering in as equitably as they could. They delegated tasks and worked to see everyone as best as they could.
Really, they're the stars of the show. A simple issue on the T-Mobile service side had almost thoroughly shot my day. But, the people here were able to turn it around.
You may not get a perfect, white-glove service experience, but that's not what this is. This is the local store, with local talent, doing what it can.

I worked with Gus who was able to assist me quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and willing to help. We discussed possibly upgrading my phone but I ultimately decided to wait for the iPhone 15 Pro to come out as I didn’t see enough of a difference between my 13 Pro and the new 14 Pro.
