I am a frequent Cousins customer - probably once a week. Tonight we ordered a larger order for pickup via the mobile app at this location (five sandwiches, two fries and some Mac and cheese). When we arrived at the pickup time, there was one group in front of me ordering. When I reached the counter, everything was fine they told me they were finishing up. After about a 10 minute wait my food was ready. I double checked the order prior to leaving to find two of my sandwiches were missing (and we had two sandwiches we did not order); in and of itself that was fine cause things happen. I returned to the counter to explain that we had two wrong sandwiches and were missing two we ordered. The worker I discussed this with (two were present), walked away without saying anything - I assumed that they were going to remake the missing sandwiches. About 15 minutes later I was asked if I was waiting for something by the same worker I had the original conversation. To which I reminded the worker of the two missing sandwiches. They were very confused by this and asked to see my receipt. I reminded them of the conversation we had, and they got the missing sandwiches. We finally left 40 minutes after our pickup time, with soggy and cold fries and the hot sandwiches were cold by the time we got home.
This could have been avoided by better communication with me (and within the crew to get the order rectified). Nobody apologized (which feels like the bare minimum for cold soggy food and no communication), and honestly everyone seemed rather annoyed at me.
I will still be returned to cousins but not...
Read moreHorrible experience RUDE GENERAL MANAGER JOE…I am a veteran and I came in on Veterans Day for my sub I ordered a root beer float to go with my meal after I paid for the float and the gentleman was making my float the General Manager JOE came from the back and made the young man throw away my shake and told him that he put too much ice cream I politely asked him to please make an exception I am a veteran and it is Veterans Day, I just want to start eating my food so It won’t get cold. “You will lose more product throwing the whole shake away and I already paid for it anyway” Joe proceeded to throw the entire shake away and tried to make another one with very little shake in the cup I asked for a refund due to his RUDE BEHAVIOR, DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS and SNOBBY ATTITUDE he said “I do not care that you are a veteran or that’s it’s Veterans Day I will not make an exception ever “ I said “wow that is unfortunate you feel that way and I fought for this country can I just have a refund since you said that” he stated “oh well i don’t care ma’am I hope you enjoy though “ with a very snobby attitude. JOE was very rude and inconsiderate, he made VERY offensive comments that makes me not ever want to come to this location again. Read moreI am a white guy that came into this Cousins Subs and order a steak and cheese there was nobody else in there except one other person that was eating. Three black ladies came in ordered their sandwiches which were cooked on the same grill and each one of them walked out with their sandwiches first. the whole time the tall black guy cooking the food kept looking over at me. It is obvious there is a problem here why he made me wait and everyone else of his own color walked out with the sandwiches before me. When they cry racism people need to understand they are the ones who have resentment and are racist it is completely sad that this world is the way it is I am happy you guys have a job but you need to get off of the BS.
