I went the other day when I got off from work April 3, 2021 at 4 o’clock didn’t feel like cooking ordered macaroni with grilled chicken it was dry didn’t have my onions on the top also I had four pieces of chicken with a big old regular bowl of macaroni and cheese pay the extra dollar for some sauce but the little sauce didn’t do just I like the one in Brookefield yeah macaroni and cheese is excellent not dry and it also have juice in there I would not be spending my money at this Food chain no more this is the second time this happened to me and I’m not gonna give it a third time.For me it don’t even deserve a one star but you have to give it a star...

Dont waste your money on the sides here someone there obviously doesn’t know their portions the staff and the manager didn’t even try to help either I’m a very loyal customer mind you I work next door so I always buy from here cause it’s so convenient but every time it’s different sometimes I get more than two scoops of the soup and it keeps getting less and less I get a regular size entree or sometimes a small. Today is Friday May 15, went in to order some food, nobody was wearing masks or gloves while preparing food or handling bags/utensils. I got a bowl of buttler noodles with double parmesan chicken, I get to my car to eat and all of the parmesan chicken is burnt and cold, the employee that made my dish reused some old chicken that they had sitting around it seems.
