QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

I like their food but the customer service at this location is horrible. We did an online order for pick up which said the promised pick up time was 5:50pm. We got there 5 minutes after and the food was not on the pick up shelf.

After waiting to ask where our order was the girl looked confused then asked for the name. Then she said it will be done in 5 minutes. I watched her go back to the line and help the other guy putting food together for someone in line. 5 minutes later she finally started putting our order together. They didn't have any of it started.

When it was done the girl brings the bag to us and says nothing, no apology at all. I stopped her by asking what is the point of ordering online to not even having it started and you cannot even say you are sorry. She looked like a deer in headlights. I tell her it wouldn't have been so bad if you would have apologized and say you would put it together right away. Instead she lied and took her sweet time before starting to put it together.

I asked if I had to go online to file a complaint and she said she didn't know. No customer service skills whatsoever. She didn't care that it took 40 minutes after the pick up time to get our food. Come on, it would have been faster if we all came there and ordered in line. What a joke.

I filled out the complaint form online and attached our ticket that came with the food. It will be interesting if I even get a reply. This is the last time I go to...

I literally went to Qdoba as a gastric bypass pt. Me and my sister get kids meal. We told the worker what we wanted he made the kids meal. When we got to checkout the lady worker charged for a mini bowl. She said that the kids meal only come with 3 toppings so she threw the kids meal to the back. We went to stand in line again to get the kids meal made the way she now said is the correct way. I have never heard this before but I was trying to keep the peace. Finally I said, we’ll just take the 2 “mini bowls” you made. The lady cashier was rude and only spoke Spanish. As we got ready to pay she kept speaking Spanish with a rude gesture, so as I handed the $20 to pay she took it and I said please cancel that’s ok. She slammed the drawer and said to her manager in Spanish a lot of words. The manager then says we can’t give refunds you will have to get a gift card. Absolutely NOT!!! We waited and the next customer came through order was more than $20, they asked the manger to give them our “gift card” and gave us their $20 bill. Smh. The service was HORRIFIC… they spoke rapidly in Spanish with raised voices. Never again. Do not visit the Qdoba at Miller Parkway in Milwaukee! Rude, thief’s with...

This was only my second time at Qdoba. The food was good. We each had a burrito bowl. I felt it was enough food for me but my husband felt that if/when we go back he would have to buy a second item to be sufficiently satisfied for dinner. The reason for the four stars and not five is because we were there about 7:30pm (a slightly late dinner). We were eating in the restaurant and about half way through eating, one of the employees began cleaning the dining area. I am all for keeping restaurants clean but she was mopping and the SUPER STRONG smell of the cleaning solution that was being used was completely overwhelming. It was so bad that even made it hard to taste my food anymore. We then quickly finished eating so that we could leave. If Qdoba is reading this I suggest one of two things. Either wait until later to mop the floors because there are many people who still eat dinner at 7:30 (there were plenty of people in there and many left and/or all of the sudden taking the food to go rather than eat there) or change the cleaning solution you use so that it is not so...
