I ordered online and went in to get my food! Come in to no one greeting me no one noticing me standing in front of the register for mins on end as more people come in for online orders we all pile up at the register waiting for somone to talk to us and get the food we already paid for some door dashers some people who are just picking up there food! Some poeple coming in get in line to make food and they keep taking these people and then moving us out the way to cash these people out! 10 people after of me they keep taking people and cashing them out! So i decided to get in that line so i can tell them that i have a online order so i can grab my food thats already sitting there waiting so i can go home and eat. More online people come in and at this point we are all just waiting and tryna to get them to notice us! The girl at the register tells one of the online people to wait as if we havent all been waiting for 20 plus mins starring at them literally do nothing but help the people that keep coming in! I felt they constantly ignored us cause we all tried to tell or ask them to help us and they kept saying wait! Worst service in restaurant i think ever! Ive never been treated as if im not even standing in the restaurant ! Thanks panda express for this great opportunity on being ignored on a sunday at 4pm ! Staff cant even handle a mid day rush! 14 people for what exactly???? I will not be coming back to this location ever again ! You can count on it! Read moreI would give it a 3.5 if I could. We came in almost as soon as it was closing.. although I thought they were opened much later. When Me and my friend walked in, about 10 other people did too... So I thought they weren't closing soon. They had almost NOTHING ready. The food that was prepared looked as if it sat out all day. The food looked very dry and old honestly. The people in the back were cooking up new stuff just for this mini rush. They said I would have to wait 5 minutes for the new food to come out. It really took about 15 but eh, I wasn't in much of a hurry. They made new Chow Mein and Beijing Beef other entrees. I chose the Chow mein with 2 entrees... The JUST COOKED chow mein was DISGUSTING I'm sorry. It had NO flavor and it was so dry and gross I felt like I was eating rubber. I asked to exchange it for the white rice... which i was scared of since I didn't see them cook new rice. The rice was MUCH better it was moist and it wasn't rubbery. The lady working the food line was nice, I could tell she was tired though so I tried to be an easy customer. The place was decent, it was night time so I could tell they haven't done a sweep through or change of garbage yet. Room for improvement: Be honest to the line of customers when telling them how much time is left, if you dont know just say you dont know. Some people might be in a hurry... Although I wasn't and I wasn't bothered by that at all. A compliment: Those workers were mindful of the customers, easy to work with and handled the mini rush well. Read moreI deliver for Door Dash and I had an order to pick up at this location. When I got there, an employee asked if I was from Uber Eats and seemed confused and panicky when I said no and showed them the name for the order. They started looking through a stack of tickets and comparing one to an order that was sitting on the shelf awaiting pickup. They then told me someone had already picked up the order. It could not have been more obvious that they mistakenly gave the order to the wrong driver. Mistakes happen, but instead of making it right and remaking the order, the manager on duty refused to remake it and told me to call customer service. A few minutes later, another employee told me they were going to remake the order and even gave me cups for the beverages on the order. I waited another 15 minutes before the manager approached me again telling me she wasn't going to remake the order. I asked if the driver who picked up the order was from Door Dash or Uber Eats and she angrily replied, "it was whatever company that you deliver for!" I cannot believe how unprofessional the manager on duty handled this. She had every opportunity to fix the situation but was argumentative and adversarial for no real reason.
