Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

Do not recommend at all. This was a good location until their recent new staff, specifically evening/night shift. They mark the order as ready for pickup when it hasn’t even been inside the oven yet, and always mess up the toppings and the cutting instructions. There’s no point in offering “square cut” if it’ll end up being NOT CUT AT ALL or pie cut only to then be told your order has been pushed back to all the other orders that came in AFTER they messed up so now your original 20-45min wait turned into 2 hours minimum….on a basic order of 2-3 pizzas! The customer service is awful and the employees will either ignore you or mean mug you like they’re bothered by your sole presence-since the moment you open the door to the establishment. Even when they pie-cut a pizza, they do a lazy job at it where you end up with significantly uneven slices and can’t pick up one slice without breaking halfway through because it’s not actually fully cut from the slices next to it. Very sad how the quality dropped after the change in staff. We’ve tried calling to make sure they read the instructions-square cut, but they never even pick up...

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant/delivery service. The app said my order was delivered and confirmed. After 15 minutes I still didn’t have my order and I was concerned so I called the phone number that the Dominos App AND google provided for this location. The phone number gave me a generic message about applying to Dominos and hung up every time I called (which was 6 times). I called another location to assist me and they were rude and unhelpful interrupting me every time I tried to talk. I decided to drive to this location on Miller Parkway and when I got there they tried to “simply explain” that the delivery driver had 5 other orders and must have “completed” my order on the Dominos App by mistake. They did nothing to remedy the situation nor did they apologize AT ALL. I asked for them to confirm their phone number so if I got home and the order was still not there I knew who to call. The phone number they provided me was not the same one on either the google site or the app. Still no apology. It was like the two people working at the store were robots and I was talking to a brick wall....

I placed an order with Domino's over an hour ago, with the promise of a delivery time between 20 to 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the initial promise, my pizza arrived significantly later than anticipated.

While I understand that delays can sometimes occur, the lack of communication or updates from Domino's was disappointing. It would have been appreciated to receive a notification or a courtesy call informing me about the delay.

Regarding the pizza itself, once it finally arrived, the quality was satisfactory. The toppings were fresh, and the crust had a nice texture. However, the overall experience was marred by the extended wait time.

In conclusion, Domino's has generally been reliable in the past, but this particular experience was below par due to the delayed delivery and lack of proactive communication. I hope that in the future, Domino's will work on improving their delivery timing and customer service to ensure a more consistent experience for...
