Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Monroe

Get my order correct ! As much as my order was 41 dollars plus for pizza you expect your order to be correct. After several experiences of continuous bad services and low-quality food and to top, having the manager's girl friend message me on Facebook and saying “ she protects mines” so I better back off. After receiving that message I stopped going to Pizza Hut period. I finally decided to give Pizza Hut another chance after a couple of years and not to my surprise “wrong order”. I even called the local store to advise the order was wrong and was first told they could not refund the order. Then it changed to We can give you five dollars. I said that's not how much I paid. Then she advised she would need to speak with the manager. I advised them I still had the product and would gladly return it as it was not eaten. They then came back and said we can only give you 15 because it was a special or a combo offer. At that point. I was ready to get off the phone. DO BETTER...

I attempted to place my order online for pickup, but I couldn't because the website wasn't loading, so I drove to the store. The regional manager (?) was in store introducing new manager in training hire. Everyone was standing up front next to register, talking loudly. In such a small space, 5 adults talking loudly is a bit overwhelming. The person working the register was divided between waiting on me and wanting to rejoin the conversation with the others. The small menu was taped to the desk, so it was difficult to read, and sensing the person waiting to take my order was wanting to return to the conversation with the others, I felt very rushed. I missed out on the currently running deal because it was on a small poster next to the register which no one pointed out and feeling overwhelmed with the noise and activity, I missed. However, the order was quickly fixed, was correct, and hot when I got home. I will return and hope for a better...

It was a pizza joint and exactly what I expected. I tried the new flatbread and it was very good for only costing $5 and some change. Only thing I didn’t like was it was just after 11 so peak lunch hrs on a weekday and they only had one dude working. He was doing a fantastic job but it just seemed like a lot on one guy and that was crappy...
