Captain D's — Restaurant in West Monroe

Good food as is expected from Captain D's. The service is spotty at best and if you are going through drive thru, check your order before leaving, they will get it right 80% of the time. It's been a few months since my review and I thought it would be good to update. Since the dinning room opened back up the accuracy has gotten better, but the manager that is there almost every time we go inside is so rude and combative with the employees and the customers that we don't like to go inside anymore. Today a customer was making his order with the cashier and the Manager kept interrupting him telling the cashier that he "Don't know what he wants, just give him blah blah and get him out of here" right in front of the customer. The timeframe of this review is incorrect. It was actually posted a few years ago. I opened it to read it and for some reason the timeframe changed though I did not edit the review which I have discovered does indeed update the timeframe which makes the reviews in regard to time inaccurate. Eventhough this location is open for dining room service, I ALWAYS place an online order and go inside for pick-up. You can pick-up via the drive-thru but the line is usually long during peak times as should be expected. I receive an email confirmation which includes the time the order will be ready and so far, it has been. The staff here is always very friendly & courteous. I am always at this particular location between 11AM & 2PM so I can't attest to the service or staff at other times. In case you're interested, the food is well...

This location deserves a shout out. Awesome employees and as a result I’m assuming awesome management. We get tired of the monotony of eating off Thomas road it’s all chicken and burgers; so we eat here for lunch quite often. The staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh and quick. One employee even helped me bring the orders to the car. You won’t get that service from any other fast food restaurant aside from maybe chick fil a! Came an hour before closing one night and the person who took our order was a delight great customer service! They were out of tea and made a fresh batch and boy was it good and sweet.
